Watch: ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ Releases A Full-Length Trailer

"Just gimme a chance"

Yesterday we got to see a promo video that features new footage from Captain America: The First Avenger and today we learn that that footage is from the film’s first full-length trailer. In February we got to see a short, 30-second trailer spot for The First Avenger during the Super Bowl but today we get to check out a nice, long 2:30 min. trailer of Captain America footage. Check it out below.

This new trailer gives us a more well-rounded look at the film … pretty much from beginning to almost end. And overall, I really like it:

While I still am not in love with this WWII era Captain America costume, I do think it’ll work much better in the context of the film. I already like it much better in action in this trailer so … yeah. Come July 22, we will see Captain America come to life on the big screen. I’m excited. This trailer is great promo for the film … I can’t wait to see more. What do y’all think? Impressed?

  1. I think this looks good. Also, if you do think of the movie taking place during WWII it makes much more sense the way his costume looks. If he came out of the gate in a shiny over the top costume people might think he was trying out for Ru-Pauls drag race:)!!

  2. Honestly the more I see of this movie the more I want to see it in the theaters. It looks so good!

  3. Layla

    I am loving this!

  4. Adrian

Did James Franco film his scenes for 127 Hours in those pecs? Holy sh!t those are defined.

  5. Um, I totally love Chris Evans, I am definitely going to see this movie!!
