Earlier today we got our first listen at a snippet from Willow Smith‘s new song 21st Century Girl and right now we get to check out a few photos of Willow and her crew on the SoCal set of the song’s music video.
I understand that martial arts superstar Jackie Chan makes an appearance in the video and some of the scenes are being filmed by Willow‘s older brother Jaden Smith. Sounds like this vid is going to be a family affair. Judging by the clip alone, my guess is that 21st Century Girl will be a pretty big hit … I can’t wait to see how the video turns out. What do y’all think of the video based on these on-set photos? Does it look cool or … not?

Two words: Baby Rihanna. I’m still not sold on her because she kind of bugs me (I know that’s bad, but at least I’m honest) even though she’s a kid. It’s cool that she’s doing her thang and she is talented but everything she does seems awfully manufactured.
I agree. Way too over produced. I think they’re trying too hard to make her stand out with all these whacky outfits anf funky hairdos

she had wacky hair do’s and the same style b4 she was a singer. So that is actually all her. The music maybe thats different. but whip my hair was recorded before she was signed so she might have had the same input in this song. But she always wore mixmatch outfits and crazy hair styles

I say, more power to her! She looks like she is having a BLAST! I would be way more concerned if she was chemically straightening her hair, wearing booty shorts, and acting like a child on Toddlers and Tiaras. She isn’t. She looks like a little girl having a great time with hair and crayola-like colors.
I think her energy and her facial expressions are really endearing. She has a lot of sass and character.
