Back in February, after her disastrous single Louboutins failed to catch fire on the airwaves, Jennifer Lopez got dumped by her record label … which threatened the release of her new album titled Love? At the end of March, we learned that Def Jam Records gave J. Lo a new record contract and it seemed like the release of her album was imminent … then … nothing … for months. It is now mid-December and we are finally hearing about Love? again. J. Lo debuted the official album cover artwork for Love? on a 10 Most Fascinating People Barbara Walters special that aired on ABC last night … and here it is:
While I am underwhelmed by the album cover, I am curious to hear it. I’m hoping that Love? has been entirely revamped because if it’s full of the same Louboutins crap, it’s gonna be a failure methinks. But, whatever the album sounds like, it’s scheduled for release next year (reportedly January or February) and we will soon be hearing the songs Good Hit and Take Care soon. i actually kind of like it. i mean lets face it..shes never had the most exciting covers.
as for the album, theres been a few good songs floating around…are they the greatest..no. but there good/fun.
i think one of the reason why Louboutins or What Is Love (i think that was the other song) never took off is she never did any videos for them or anything..just a couple promos. Louboutins when #1 on the US dance chart so it wasnt a complete loss. just bad promo.
i think 2011 will be pretty good for her.
I’m sorry, but I think her expiration date has passed a long time ago. Beyonce has completely taken her spot and there’s really not much room for her in the music world anymore… Her image, sound, and just general music is heavily outdated. No one wants to hear songs from her anymore… Everything is electropop these days and if you go against that then you either need brilliant material to win people over OR you’re going to fail. Simple as that. She doesn’t take risks, she does the same formula over and over, here music sounds exactly the same from each album… Either find some different collaborators/management or go home. I think if she flops this time around she’ll be done in the music world and if that happens then she should just bow out gracefully.
I totally agree with Chase. J.Lo had her time and thankfully it’s over.
I love J.Lo (is she J.Lo again? I can’t keep track) but that album cover is not doing it for me. The letters are way too big, the question mark is all cramped. It just screams fan made (not in a good way).

I don’t believe that she’s thinking of her kids. I think she knows her music career has been over pretty much once it began & is hoping that Idol is going to do reboot it. I used to LOVE this lady but then she got sooo insanely cliche, & I’m over it. I wish she’d go back to acting…not stupid romantic comedy acting (sooo not her genre), but real nitty gritty dramatic acting..
She is such a horrible singer… can’t stand her…next
