It looks like EVERYONE is getting excited for the wedding of Prince William of Wales to his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton … everyone including Snoop Dogg. Snoop has issued a press release announcement today letting the world know that he wrote a song for Prince William‘s upcoming bachelor party. The song is called Wet. Read on:

Today, international superstar and music icon, Snoop Dogg is releasing his brand new single entitled “Wet” via SnoopDogg.com at 4:20 pm PST, an anthem made for Prince William’s bachelor party and all bachelor parties around the world to follow. It is the second single to release from Snoop Dogg’s forthcoming 11th studio album entitled, Doggumentary Music coming March 2011. “When I heard the royal family wanted to have me perform in celebration of Prince William’s marriage, I knew I had to give them a little something,” says Snoop. “’Wet’ is the perfect anthem for Prince William or any playa to get the club smokin’.” Produced by The Cataracs, “Wet” can arguably be the follow-up song to the Grammy-nominated single “Sensual Seduction.” From its hypnotizing beat to its alluring and lustful lyrics, “Wet” will sure to be the official nightclub song of 2011. Um …. yeah. While I would love for any song to get Prince Wills to “get the club smokin’”, I find it very hard to envision. Still … if anyone can turn William into a pimp, it’s Snoop Dogg. I can’t wait to hear what Wet sounds like … can you?
