Earlier this week we heard from Britney Spears manager Adam Leber that our dear Britney was due to hit the recording studio Friday (yesterday) to record a “big big BIG” song with new album producers Dr. Luke and Max Martin. Today we get to see a couple photos of Britney making her way into the recording studio yesterday to lay down the tracks for that song … behold:
After she finished in the studio, Britney posted a message on her official Twitter profile alerting her fans that she had completed work on a new “monster” song:
Now, we already know that Britney‘s new album won’t be released until next year … but there is a pesky and persistent rumor that Britney will be releasing a new single before the end of the year (the rumor claims the song will come out in the 2nd week of December). Now, I am not holding my breath about any such release … but I do suspect we’ll be hearing Britney‘s “big big BIG … monster” song sooner than we might think. My guess is that Britney‘s people will drop a new single as soon as they can in order to generate hype for the album as early as possible. The world is poised for new Britney Spears music … any single she releases will become a smash hit, guaranteed. While I doubt we’ll be blessed with a new single in 2010, I can assure you that 2011 will belong to our beloved Living Legend … Ms. Britney Spears.
I hope that all this build-up for this supposed ‘monster” hit doesn’t end up being detrimental to its possible success.
I hope its not a duet with Gaga..LAME!!! Britney doesn’t need the Little Monster blessing to sell Cds.
Something tells me that she’ll do well, but not THAT well. Her prime years have come and gone some time ago.

She’ll do well, own others, blow everyone out of the park, and be on top. Never underestimate the power of Britney and her fans. Her last single sold 2 million plus in the U.S. and debuted at #1 with NO PROMOTION.. and that little (horrendous) music video. Most artists would be so lucky. I do agree that she used to perform better, but who knows: She might be more comfortable and do some hard-hitting performances in this era like she used to.

I totally agree with you CHASE… No doubt she will release another smash hit. To say otherwise is insane. She’s not even 29 and just look at her career!!!
Personal Opinion: She hasn’t even hit her prime yet. I mean just look where Madonna was at by age 28 and performing Papa Don’t Preach. Brintey has way too much talent and potential to to ever be underestimated.
Britney at 28 vs. Madonna at 28 isn’t a good comparison, considering Madonna didn’t even start her career until 23. Brit at 28 has had 12 years. Madonna after 12 years was doing Bedtime Stories.

I dunno buy anyone else but I’m already feeling MORE anxious for the first single off the new album that what I was for Gimme More or Womanizer…
I mean Circus was expected and there was alot of hype, as with Gimme More. However Gimme More just randomly dropped – this new album has been teased pretty much all year with producers speaking about working with her. Songwriters, paparazzi pics of recording sessions and Twitter hasn’t helped!!!!

This is going to be bigger and better than Circus I can feel it – if Britney doesnt tour, which I don’t reckon she will at least not world wide (maybe some of Europe and US) I hope she makes up for interviews and TV Show/Award Show performances, cause I personally feel thats where she shines. Working on a performance for a one of – she is a history book/record maker!

But I want some Danja news and Bloodshy & Avant aswell to be teased to us fans!!! She “seems” real interested in this album – not saying she wasnt in the others. But much more involved with Twitter and recording sessions and taking more time to work on the album that before. It’s going to be a good year for her, i wanna see a lot more singles and better music videos however, more promotion!
Hmm…as long as she not just shuffling back n forth like a geriatric in her music video..i’m happy. :-/
