While newlyweds Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky were gettin’ smoochy at the US Open, oldyweds Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were gettin’ their party on elsewhere at the US Open tournament. Ashl33n were spotted partying up in their private suit during the US Open this weekend and as you can see, Ashlee was in a great mood all the while:
I’m guessing all the free-flowing booze had something to do with Ashlee‘s mood … but as soon as a Fall Out Boy song was played over the loudspeakers, she really got into a frisky mood. Now, I’ve seen Ashlee party before … but never at a sporting event. What is it with tennis? It seems to bring out the animal in everyone.

I don’t find anything with the dancing. The hair color she is wearing is a different story. I don’t like the black on top, light and streaky on the bottom.

Tennis used to be such a sedate, boring (well, it still is lol) game where the players had to wear white and the spectators were quiet. Nowadays the players wear practically nothing (hello Serena!) and they’ll let all sorts of riff-raff in to watch.

Yeah…I’m with Trent on the Kardashians. A friend of mine worked an event and had great things to say about Kim, who was hired to hostess–she was on time, sober, beautifully dressed and treated support staff like real people worthy of her time with real friendliness–my friend called her “my new favorite person.” Thumbs way up! But still, while you have to give the K’s credit for working their celebrity, there’s no body of work or projects.

Um….I really do think Ashlee Simpson is a pretty girl and I like her even though I’m not sure what she does anymore for her celebrity/income……but what the heck happened to her hair? Those roots are outta control!
