Last week we learned that Lindsay Lohan failed 2 court-ordered drug tests and late Friday night, Lindsay herself admitted her drug test failure. Earlier today we saw photos of L. Lo making her way to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting last night which, I’m sure, her lawyers hoped would look favorable to Judge Elden Fox. Just moments ago TMZ reported that Judge Fox has formally revoked Lindsay‘s probation and has issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay in order to force her appearance in his courtroom Friday morning at 8:30AM … sharp:
Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked and a bench warrant issued for her arrest … TMZ has learned. Although the bench warrant was issued, it’s being held — i.e., on hold — until Friday at 8:30 AM, when Lindsay is ordered to appear in court. The move by Judge Elden Fox comes after TMZ’s story … that Lindsay failed two drug tests recently … one showed the presence of cocaine and another showed amphetamines. The probation report — outlining the failed tests — was just filed with the court.
TMZ has also sniffed out the deets about Lindsay‘s other failed drug test. We already know that one test showed that she had cocaine in her system … now we learn that the other failed drug test showed that she had amphetamines in her system as well:
Lindsay Lohan’s second failed drug test involved amphetamines … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lindsay failed two drug tests — One for cocaine, and now we know the second was for amphetamines. Our sources would not divulge the nature of the amphetamines, but Adderall — the drug Lindsay was prescribed and hooked on — is an amphetamine. We do not know which test came first — the cocaine or the amphetamine. But we’re told both tests were taken close together. Lindsay failed her cocaine test the week before last.
And there you have it … Lindsay is now a wanted woman, again. She won’t be arrested unless she fails to show up in court on Friday morning. It is likely that Judge Fox, who has already revoked L. Lo‘s probation, will exact some sort of punishment as a result of Lindsay‘s 2 failed drug tests … but will he send her back to jail for 30 days as the terms of her probation insist? To be honest, it could go either way … he could hold her to the terms of her probation and send her off to jail on Friday morning OR he could show leniency and send her back to rehab. What do y’all think will happen? Better yet, what do you think SHOULD happen when Lindsay goes to court to answer for her crimes this Friday?

@ben – just by looking at paris’ smirk in her mug shot, she KNEW she was getting away with it!!! same with lindsay’s smirk in this photo – she’s getting away with it. if that girl had truly wanted to save her career and save face, i think she would have stayed in rehab, though she “legally” was free.
DON’T SEND HER TO JAIL, I’ll have to pay for that out of my ever increasing California taxes. Fine her a million dollars and be done with it. When she runs out of cash take her “work” earnings, her house, etc. Yes, eventually she’ll be penniless and on the streets but at least I won’t have to pay for that.
@ Ben _ I hear ya dude. I want LL to stand up and take hers. Totally. I agree that everyone’s childhoods suck in some way. *those who say otherwise are full of crap* We have no say in what goes on when we’re kids. However, once you’re grown it’s time to realize that you DO get to choose how your life plays out and choose accordingly while leaving the crap behind you. I would just like her parents to also admit to their part in things. *BTW– I raised my now 21 yr old son to understand that while I will always love him, I will sit in a courtroom and visit his ass in jail if he does the crime. I will NOT lift a finger to get him around the law.
Nothing productive will ever happen in Jail. This girl needs to go to an extensive stay REAL (not Hollywood) rehab facility. The girl has two loonies for parents and has obviously never had any guidance, so Jail is the answer? WTF. Can Angelina and Brad please adopt her already? Someone has to step in and take care of this poor girl, her mother is a loser and incapable of any real parenting. Hopefully she will hit rock bottom and somehow take control of her life ala Drew Barrymore and Robert Downey Jr.
I’m sick of her as well. I almost feel like we should just stop with the criminal charges – stop with the rehab – and just let the girl ruin her life. I’m sick of taxpayers having to foot the bill every time she screws up and has to go to court. She’ll never have to pay for her crimes like the average Joe so what’s the point?! We all know that rehab will not help until she’s ready for it. So let the girl do her drugs – ruin her life and career and then I wont have to listen to her/her mom/her dad talk about all this anymore. And enough with blaming her parents. They’re nuts for sure, but come on now. She’s an adult… Most people feel some what damaged from their upbringing, but there comes a time and a place when you can finally say, my parents did the best they could, I can now stop blaming them for____, break the cycle and be a responsible member of society. Or maybe, my parents are blood-sucking-famewhore-leeches who use me to stay in the spotlight and enough is enough…time for me to grow up! You know…whatever statement seems more fitting. :)
I agree, it sucks for tax payers to foot the bill for her stupidity…but she is a DANGER to the public. Clearly she has entitlement and drug issues, but she also has issues with getting behind the wheel with those addictions. If she was just an addict, it wouldn’t be an issue. However, she has history of getting behind the wheel of a car when she is cracked out. We are talking multiple DUIs. Running over people’s feet, hijacking passengers, going obscene speeds to chase another car…she is just too much of a public threat for the justice system to ignore.
Clearly this girl has an addiction and a drug problem. She needs to be in a very intensive rehab program for a at least 3 months, or even more.
Her Mom is stupid, she does not have proper support! As well she should leave Hollywood, and even being in NYC isn’t good for her. We don’t care to see her in movies or magazines anymore, so Lindsay PLEASE JUST GET HELP AND GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Violet-Unless she wants the help to really turn it all around, she is not going to change. When you want to change-while support helps-ultimately you help yourself by surrounding yourself with people who will support you and cutting out the people who won’t. At this point Lindsey knows who those people are and finding the inner strength to cut those ties is what she needs to do. And yes…her mom is stupid and ruining another beautiful daughter. I agree with you. She should leave Hollywood get help and go away. Everyone would be grateful, but mostly herself.
Maybe they’ll wake up when she’s dead.

Sadly I think she has to hit rock bottom which she’s not doing since she keeps getting saved by these mini rehabs. Too bad, she is funny, I would of loved to see what she would of done on SNL. My favorite is still her peformance of Heromine coming back from summer vacation with a new body.
im so sick of hearing about this. no one is doing anything to stop her. her mother is her number one enabler and excuse maker, her “friends” are clearly anything but if they still take lindsay out to clubs and drink in front of her AND let her drink from them, her managers/publicist/whatever is clearly turning a blind eye to her problems, and the bloody judges arent being harsh enough.
