In June we learned that Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr were engaged to be wed and then last month we learned that Orlando and Miranda got hitched. Today we learn that the newlyweds are expecting the birth of their first child. Miranda broke the news of her pregnancy in the September issue of Spanish Vogue magazine … so it looks like congrats are in order! It also means that a new Bump Watch will soon be upon us:

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child together, the Australian model tells the Spanish edition of Vogue in its September issue. “Yes, I am pregnant. Four months along,” says Kerr, 27, confirming much buzz about a possible baby after the couple announced their engagement in June, then quietly wed in July. It hasn’t exactly been easy to keep the good news under wraps. “I remember on one occasion in the early days [of my pregnancy] when it was still too soon to say anything, and I had a dreadful time at one job,” she says, recalling morning sickness during the first trimester.

Aww … I knew it! Congrats go out to the happy couple. I had a feeling there might’ve been a wee bun in the oven after the couple got engaged and then married in a month’s time. A couple that heads down the aisle that fast does so for a reason. I can’t even begin to imagine how beautiful a child borne of Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom will look like. But the baby is on the way … and I cannot wait for its arrival! This is amazing news, yes?
