It would seem that Lindsay Lohan just cannot learn her lesson … the girl ended up getting busted by the cops AGAIN over the weekend, just days after she was released from custody over a previous traffic violation where she was convicted of drunk driving. Fortunately for L. Lo, she totally avoided punishment for this latest infraction … Lindsay, who was in a desperate rush to get to the Chateau Marmont, decided to drive her new Maserati thru a Stop sign without actually stopping, which of course got her pulled over by the police:
Lindsay Lohan was back in fine form last night, having a run-in with the West Hollywood police after blowing through a stop sign. Linds was desperate to get to the Chateau Marmont asap in her $150,000 Maserati GranTurismo 433 hp car and she neglected to stop at a stop sign — unfortunately for her, a cop was nearby and caught her. But guess what? He let her off! Finally someone has sympathy on poor Lindsay. She continued on her way to the Chateau with her friends and left around 1 am.
See, this is what I don’t understand … how is it that the California Department of Motor Vehicles thinks it’s a good idea for ANYONE for Lindsay Lohan to have her driver’s license. Let’s forget for a second the fact that she tends to get pulled over for these sort of traffic violations on a regular basis (and, amazingly, tends to get off Scott free) but let’s, instead, focus on the fact that she *just* got out of jail and rehab due to a major traffic violation (a little thing known as drunk driving). Wouldn’t it make sense to deny her a license for a year or so in addition to her other punishments which, you may recall, were not enforced fully anyway? It’s a joke the way celebs are treated when it comes to crimes like this. A total joke. This will not be the last time Lindsay will get busted while behind the wheel of a motor vehicle … mark my words.
Is that Ali with a cigarette? I thought she was like 14. I could be wrong… but hmm…
Why has no one else reported this?
And why is it okay for her to be partying at the Marmont?

You know what’s sad? One day Lindsay will OD, and Hollywood will cry and look solemn and talk about how they all are responsible for her horrible downward spiral… but right now, no one is stepping in to get this hot mess under control.
Robert Downey Jr. once said “It’s like I have a loaded gun in my mouth and my finger’s on the trigger, and I like the taste of the gunmetal.” It took a year in jail to sort him out. Some judge out in La-La Land needs to take the same stand with Linds, because she damn sure isn’t going to sort herself out.
I am gone for a week in San Diego for a wedding and I come back and all this crazy stuff has happened! I can’t believe she is already out! I also agree with Trent, she will be in trouble again!
This woman is beyond help. Media should ignore her and let her fade away . Enough is enough.
I’m sure if the papo wasn’t always following her driving would be better…

Because after she had passed all the drug tests and the SCRAM only went off once with a 0.3 the 90 days imposed by the Judge was crazy.
She was basically only at UCLA to get detoxed and diagnosed.
She was mainly sketching, getting 2 hour of daily visits.
She even got her Blackberry after 2 weeks which shows how much she didn’t need to be there.
Hannah, the only one responsible for LL’s downward spiral is herself. She is an adult.
The big question here is WHY was she at Chateau Marmont? That is not a good sign.
LLrocks, she violated her probation, even if it was “only” .3 (do you mean .03?). A violation is a violation. Probation is in exchange for being jailed. If you violate it, you can face the full term of what your original sentence should have been.

It wasn’t a violation of her probation at that point it was just a violation of her bail conditions.
I know you can be sentenced to your original sentence but it was a minor violation.
Anyway she is sober and since Thursday has passed two random drug and alcohol tests.
You think the pap had anything to do with running a stop sign? Come on!!!!! Look at all the flashes in her face. It’s not her fault that can’t pay attention to anything.
She just got out of jail and inpatient rehab and according to her mom she’s trying to “turn her life around”…. why in the world would she be out and up to her old tricks?! I’m not from Cali and have never been, but even I’ve heard about what goes on at Chateau Marmont…. hardly the place a recovering addict who’s trying to “turn her life around” should be.

Lindsay’s doing the best she can but with the paprazzi constantly in her face chasing her everywhere these kind of things happen..
