Yesterday we got to see a couple photos of Mariah Carey performing live on stage in São Paulo, Brazil over the weekend which seem to show the chanteuse rockin’ a baby bump. Today we hear from RadarOnline that Mimi is, according to them, 4 months pregnant. The site claims to have a source that has confirmed the pregnancy even tho NO OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION has come from either Mimi or hubby Nick Cannon … so take this report for what it’s worth — at this point, it’s still guesswork and conjecture:
Mariah Carey is four months pregnant, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. The Hero singer and husband Nick Cannon are overjoyed but have decided not to talk about the pregnancy publicly. Privately, however, it’s a different story, according to one source who tells RadarOnline.com that Nick is sharing the great news with close friends only. On Monday, Nick again dodged the pregnancy question. “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it time and time again — when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her,” he said on his radio show on New York’s 92.3 FM. Despite his public hesitation to confirm the news, RadarOnline.com’s insider says, “Nick has been telling friends how excited he is to be a dad.” “Mariah has tried so hard to get pregnant,” a source told RadarOnline.com, adding that the singer has no plans to announce her pregnancy in the near future. The source adds that Mariah has passed the four month mark in her pregnancy.
And to add fuel to this pregnancy rumor, it has also been noted that Mariah has been spotted on the streets of Brazil while wearing maternity wear. After the jump, check out the photographic yet purely circumstantial evidence …
HMMMM … the fact that Mariah Carey, who has access to the most beautiful dresses from the most amazing fashion houses in all the world, is now walking around on vacation in a maternity dress seems to ME to be the most telling evidence of her possible pregsness. Even if Mimi had put on a few pounds and was not pregnant there is no way in HELL she would be caught dead in maternity wear. I’m thinkin’ she’s pregs … I’m also thinkin’ Mr. & Mrs. Cannon won’t be able to deny for much longer. Wouldn’t you agree?
as much as i hope she is..i wish people would just leave it alone until she comfirms it. shes at an age where things like this are tricky and anything can happen.
I own a (shorter), but nearly identical dress that is NOT maternity, its just a popular, comfortable style. Unless someone saw her buy it at a maternity shop, I wouldn’t say that’s ABSOLUTELY maternity wear by any stretch.
That said, she is looking a bit more…voluptuous than just curvy lately. I wish her the best!

I think she is def pregnant. I know she has wanted a baby so I’m just thrilled for her.
that’s a really simple, neutral-coloured, plain summer dress. Maybe it’s the maternity dress but it could just be some random dress. But hey I wish her a happy healthy pregnancy if she IS pregs :)
I think she’s pregnant, but I totally respect her desire for privacy. I don’t know her personal history, but I’ve had 4 miscarriages, and the last thing I would want is to have the world watch while I went through that. At one time I didn’t understand it, but now I have a whole new perspective on why people keep pregnancies secret.
When it really comes down to it….the fact of the matter is that it isn’t anyones business if she is or she isn’t. It is her decision and her own private business to not tell anyone if she doesn’t want to. Just sayin’.
tlm, technically if you’re going to say that it’s no one’s business then you really shouldn’t be reading a gossip blog, because in your view, really none of this is anyone’s business…breakups, marriages, etc. But they choose to be in the public eye and for that they get a lot of perks and live insanely wealthy, comfortable lives. Nothing comes without sacrifice and the sacrifice they’ve made is one that I am sure a lot of people would be glad to make for the pay off.
Jen no matter how you slice it Tim & Alicia are right. A lot of celeb are learning that’s a pay off they aren’t willing to make.
No matter how famous or rich a person is, their body is their business. If Mariah is pregnant or not it’s nobody’s right to know.
I can’t believe her & Nick are still together. I was shocked when they got married so quickly. But they low key & happy, good for them.
If I was pregnant, I would be really creeped out by people gawking at my stomach no matter who I was. Of course no one would care about little old me because I’m not famous but still.
In all honesty I saw her like 4 or 5 months ago and would have sworn she was pregnant… so until she confirms… I don’t know. I wish her the best though!!
Who really cares.. Her face is fatter that her belly in the pic… Don’t be shocked if she comes up with Twins.. I will bet they had IVF treatments like JLO and others in Hollywood due to her age.. IFV=Twins or more

But I respect her privacy for not saying so. She would be hounded with paparazzi if people knew.

Me personally if you are pregnant congrats to you and nick on a new edition to ur family. it dont have to be ths hush hush type thing. Jen … just because they are in the public eye doesn’t mean they have to come out and tell what is going on in their personal lives. Their personal lives are just that ,, their personal lives. Yup…they are rich and live the high life …. because of the people who pay to see them, buy their music, go see their movies, etc….
