Courtney Love appears to have awoken today in a bit of a stupor and then decided to hop on Twitter to post a frantic series of messages to her estranged daughter Frances Bean Cobain. In unfortunate C. Love style, Courtney just moments ago posted a bunch of really messy tweets on her official Twitter profile which appear to be directed to Frances, who just turned a very legal 18 years old yesterday … here is a batch of those tweets. All spelling and numerous grammatical errors are her own:

I find it very difficult to believe that these messages were written by a sober person. That being said, they really read like a desperate person who is trying to reach out in any way that they can for a response. Yes, C. As sad as all of this reads, I can absolutely understand why Frances would choose to NOT live with her mother. If Courtney sounds this crazed on Twitter, can you imagine what she may be like in person when she’s in one of these “moods” (ie. not sober)? Courtney ends her Twitter-rant with the following:

It’s a shame that she seems to believe that her daughter has been “kidnapped” because if anything, it sounds like Frances just ran for her life … away from all this craziness. It seems clear to me that if Courtney Love were serious about mending fences with her daughter so that she can be in her life again, then she needs to clean up her act for good and appeal to her daughter in a sober and meaningful way. Posting these kinds of messages for all the world to see just does not seem like the way to win back Frances‘s attention. So sad.
