Britney Spears & Jason Trawick Sneak In To A Lady Gaga Concert
Hide your shame, gurl

Britney Spears and her beau Jason Trawick tried to sneak in to the Lady Gaga concert at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, CA last night without being seen by the paparazzi … which I can totally identify with because I, myself, would not want to be seen at a Lady Gaga concert either:

I’m guessing that Britney was curious to see what up-and-comer Gaga is like in concert and thought it would be nice to deign the show with her presence … wasn’t that nice of her? But, yeah, I can understand the desire to not be seen ;) I keed, I keed. I think it’s really cool of Britney to attend Lady Gaga‘s concert … it’s quite a compliment actually.

But, while last night was all about having fun … today is all about gettin’ down to biz for our dear Britney. After the jump, read the tweet she posted on her official Twitter profile today that should warm the hearts of Britney Spears fans around the world …

That’s right … we may not know WHEN a new Britney Spears album will drop but we do know FOR SURE that she is working on one. This is amazingly happy news! Who’s excited?!

Ok Brit did not left EARLY, she actually met GaGa backstage ppl. The rumor about her leavin early was started by that DISGUSTING PIG PEREZ HILTON!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Leesa says:

Im a *HUGE* Britney fan, and I also really *LOVE* Lady Gaga (I love them both for totally different reasons), apparently and I quote “Britney Spears and Lady Gaga met backstage at the Monster Ball!”, according to gagadaily.com (published on their facebook page), but I would love photo evidence of my two favourite ladies together….!!
And as far as Gaga’s Monster Ball Tour goes, I saw her when she performed the show in Australia, and I *LOVED* it (though, I only saw it once, compared to Britney’s Circus tour, in which I went to 3 times)… I thought Gaga’s ticket prices were a total bargain too, $90 a pop (thats AU dollars), personally I think she could have asked for more $$$’s, I certainly would have paid it, and would again if I had the opportunity…!!

LOL. Trent is just a hater. HATERS WILL ALWAYS HATE. It’s so unfounded on. Gaga writes her own shit and actually sings live and is classically trained pianist. She is a fierce supporter of gay rights and has a video before her show encouraging concert goers to donate money to support LGBT homeless youth as 1 in 5 homeless youth identifies as LGBT. YOU SHOULD LOOK UP HER BIO.

Britney is just a puppet set up from early childhood to make money. She doesn’t sing very well… or live, doesn’t write her music and all we get from her is “hey y’all. same sex marriage is legal. love is love y’all LOL!!”.

    PEACE OUT!

Krissy, do you have to be so sensitive? I obviously pressed a button since you took my comment (which is true, by the way) so seriously. First of all, I realize her tour is selling out. Did I say it wasn’t? No, I did not. I simply said that her tour wasn’t doing good. You can have a tour and still sell-out consistently but it doesn’t mean you’re going to rack in the big bucks, right? RIGHT. Second of all, to call it “one of the ONLY successful tours this year” is quite silly. There’s plenty of other tours this year and GaGa has been doing this tour since 2009. Try again. Third of all, she has performed 179 shows and accumulated $30 million. Miley Cyrus did 56 shows and made $67 million. GaGa had to extend her tour until 2011 to MAKE A PROFIT of the tour itself ’cause it was actually losing money. She even said this herself in numerous articles that you can search via Google. KTHANX

^ I think the same went with U2 at the beginning of their tour. Because their set was sooooo expensive, it took them alot more shows to make bank, same I think went with Lady Gaga. I saw the monster ball went it came to Australia, and tbh I was quite disappointed. I LOVED the segs, but I thought she danced quite sloppy, and I agree with someone above, she knows how to time her dancing by posing danced when she isnt singing then sing then pose and catch her breath etc

trent does not like perez and thts why he hates on gaga..cuz perez and gaga are tight! trent is prolly jealous or some shizz…the nine inch nail guy agrees to meet trent once in a blue moon and trent is all praise for him on his boring blog..if gaga did the same trent would be her fan as well..

  7. JD says:

Maybe she went to learn how to dance and most importantly sing during a concert

  8. nicole says:

@ryan – you got it all figured out dont you?

  9. Krissy says:

J: I said “one of the only”, so yes I was correct. I didn’t say THE only. Read more carefully next time. AC/DC, Taylor/King, and Bon Jovi are doing great, along with Gaga and Bieber. But other concerts are doing horribly. Gross from the top 100 tours is down over $200 million from last year! For you to say that “this isn’t really a bad year for tours” is just completely uneducated. The touring industry is having a really awful year; it is down something like 16% from last year. YES, Gaga is one of the exceptions to the current trend of horrible music sales that MOST touring artists are experiencing right now. Many acts are cutting shows.

Chase: I took issue with your comment because it is factually untrue. You can have your opinions all you want, but when you state something that isn’t true, expect to be called out by people who know better. You are just speculating, I am not. You can try to make the argument that a tour that is consistently selling out is doing “poorly”, but that is not logical. The profit of a tour only reflects the amount of money that Artists are overcharging their fans. U2 puts on a huge show for their fans, and sometimes they don’t make as much profit from that, but I think their fans appreciate the effort they put into the show. When tours make a huge profit that means they are charging way more than it costs to produce. I judge the success of a tour based on how many fans want to see it. You seem to judge it based on profit alone.

  11. nikka says:

while I love Britney, GaGa is INFINITELY more talented. And not a hot mess.

I went to the show in LA last night and it was spectacular.

  12. nicole says:

@nikka – not a hot mess? right. and give it another year or two (if that long) you’ll be taking those words back.
    - – -
werid…ive been defending brit too much lately lol *shakes head*

  13. nikka says:

@nicole no. she’s not a hot mess. she seems like she has complete control of her career, unlike miss britney who was/is a puppet. like i said, i like britney. i have since the beginning and i defended her during her head shaving days. but gaga is far more talented and involved in her career than britney could ever dream of being.

  14. nicole says:

@nikka- your right…when it comes to her career gaga seems to have it together…but i would take britney, who has people taking care of her…over some one who thinks its ok to show up half naked to a yankees game& flipping off the crowd with kids around.
gagas personal life if a hot mess, and she uses her “weridness” and “love for the gays” to cover it up.

  15. nikka says:

@nicole as opposed to britney showing off her vajay to the paparazzi? sweetheart, britney has certainly had her inappropriate moments and i don’t think anyone could judge gaga’s personal life because her personal life isn’t in the media. yes, she dresses like a weirdo, but i would much rather have my own personal sense of style and own it than have a team of stylists dressing me in often times unflattering things.

  16. Sandy says:

Britney wasn’t a mess in the beginning either. GaGa will burn out eventually.
I agree with Chase. She’s BROKE, she’s even admitted it. She’s doing all this work and she doesn’t have any money to show it.

  17. JT says:

@Sandy hun GaGa has more MONEY than pop artist in the US as its documented on Forbes, GET your research done before you comment.

  18. Krissy says:

Um, Sandy…on Aug. 1st, Live Nation said that her tour is set to take in 200,000,000 Euros by the time it ends in early 2011. That is $257,000,000.00 in US dollars. She also just got awarded for selling 13 million albums and 51 million downloads (and since she is a writer on those songs, she will get a far greater amount of money than if she had just sang on them).

You can like Gaga or dislike her…but you can’t argue that she is unsuccessful. The facts just don’t support that.

  19. CHASE says:

I’m wondering if you guys are either brainwashed or just naturally delusional. I find it hilarious, really. Even though I’m giving my fingers a good workout by typing and proving you wrong simultaneously, it isn’t worth it ’cause I know I’m right and no matter how much you try to use your “facts” or try to argue with me it’s irrelevant. Why? Because, well, you’re wrong and I’m right. Yeah, I went there. Peace.

  20. danny says:

I’ve been to one of Gaga’s shows…It was fucking incredible and sold-out. And even though the prices might be high, I would totally see it again. I really don’t understand people who hate other people and then go to such lengths to upbraid the accomplishments of some artists. Especially Lady Gaga, who has said the purpose of her work isn’t to make money, but to spread a message of self-love and empowerment. I think she’s greatly successful and she’s not going to disappear any time soon. The fortune she’s accumulating on tour? Doesn’t matter much, since she’s just going to become richer with the next huge hit she’s going to create. It’s just unstoppable.
