Filming *just* got underway for the 3rd season of the MTV reality TV series Jersey Shore and already there’s been an arrest among the castmembers. You may recall that in season 1, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro got busted for assaulting some drunk dude on the Jersey Shore boardwalk … this time around, Nicole Snooki Polizzi is the one gettin’ in trubs with the law. Snooki was *just* arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ today for disorderly conduct:
Snooki from “Jersey Shore” was just arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ … TMZ has confirmed. Law enforcement sources tell us the Seaside Heights PD busted Snooki moments ago for disorderly conduct. The details of that conduct are unclear. We’re told Snooki — real name Nicole Polizzi — is currently in police custody. Earlier in the day, Snooki was partying on the beach with a beer bong … only she was filling it up with Coca-Cola. We’re told she was also seen at a local bar taking “body shots.”
Dude, these Jersey Shore kids will do anything for a little attention … even if it means getting arrested. I mean, I do not believe for one second that this bust was not an orchestrated move to drum up hype for the TV show Jersey Shore. Snooki‘s arrest is sure to get people talking, which would make her more valuable to the show and would make her more money in the long run. We’ll prolly have to wait til Jersey Shore season 3 debuts on MTV to find out what really happened but after the jump, you can check out some photos of Snooki getting handcuffed and taken into police custody earlier today …
While it’s unclear exactly what kind of “disorderly conduct” resulted in Snooki‘s arrest, I suppose it’s possible that she got busted for violating an eating establishment’s No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service policy … you will note that the Snookster is barefoot in these arrest photos. Keep it classy, Snooki … and I cannot WAIT to see the mugshot.

Unfortunately I think these people are dumb/rowdy enough to just get arrested on their own accord without MTV producers helping them at all! lol
Is it just me or does she just keep getting bigger and bigger? She looks terrible. I *really* wish she’d take care of herself. I mean…”beer-bonging” Cokes? Just thinking about it makes me sick.
And yes, I know…it’s Snooki, her weight isn’t even close to the biggest cause of concern for her but still…dang, girl.
When you’re as short as Snooki is, even 10 extra pounds makes you look huge. She’s probably not as heavy as she looks.
Poor Snook. Actually those cops in that area are total DICKS. I don’t even consider them cops, more like rent a cop noobs. The fact that they arrested her is just pathetic. Meanwhile on the boardwalk people are slinging drugs and underage drinking. Well she looks totally bombed, hopefully she can have her crazy fun now and then get herself together.

Yeah, she has gained a bit of weight since the last season, but really, all the girls have a bit of meat on them and I like that. It’s a nice change from the perfect figures of The Real World or The Hills! Trent, where is the post about the premiere last night? Did I miss it?
