Yesterday we got our first look at Lindsay Lohan on the cover of the new issue of German GQ magazine … today, we get to check out a couple of the photos that are featured inside the mag. As you may recall, Lindsay posed for photographer Ellen Von Unwerth last month on a beach in Malibu, CA but at the time Lindsay tweeted that the shoot was for German Vogue magazine. We now know that the shoot was for German GQ and, to be honest, she looks pretty darn good in the photos … behold:
It’s not exactly been the best of times for Lindsay Lohan recently. Not that you’d know it from this sexy photo shoot the actress did for the German version of men’s magazine GQ. The Mean Girls star looked relaxed and without a care in the world for the spread, as she posed on a beach in several different bikinis. Meanwhile, American website RadarOnline.com are reporting that Lohan checked herself into a sober living home in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon … On the cover – which describes the shoot as ‘on the beach with the girl who’s got the world in a spin’ – she poses in a very 1940s-style two-piece, the high pants and shapely bra covered in pretty florals. Inside, she is seen posing in a black string swimsuit inside an army jeep and sitting on some beach steps, her legs wrapped round a guitar. In another, she wears a strapless cream bikini while shooting a bow and arrow. But real life certainly isn’t a beach for the troubled star at the moment.
You might remember that at this photoshoot, Lindsay was wearing a pair of UGGs boots so that she could tuck her court-ordered SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet inside and out of sight. But the photospread does feature at least one photo of Lindsay NOT wearing the boots, which you can check out after the jump …
Yeah, they had to have Photoshopped out Lindsay‘s SCRAM bracelet for this photo … I just felt it was my duty to Photoshop it back in. I absolutely think the photos look very nice … but, again, until Lindsay snaps out of the Hollywood fantasy life she lives in and takes responsibility for her actions, she will never be able to get her life on track. Despite the fact that she checked herself into a sober living rehab facility (IMHO, for the wrong reasons), she still needs to atone for her crimes.

i love these pics. not so much the colour of her hair..but i have a feeling the contrast in the photos doesnt help either.
@ausettofegypt: Good question, I believe I have the answer.For the same reason that people go to nascar races, bull fights, and their friend’s weddings. We love to witness train wrecks of all kinds. This is a spooted spray tan, 50/50 cocaine and vodka, 450 horsepower masterpiece steaming towards a cliff.

One would think lindsay’s shit would en up in USweekly. Not in an article and photoshoot for GQ chronicling her whackness, i thought GQ knew better. times are rough for everyone!

I don’t think her belly button is high so much as the bikini bottoms are low. If you look at the curve of her hips, it’s easier to see that.
I was just thinking in the last pictures you posted that her belly button was really weirdly high – and this photo shows it again. Very interesting!

i agree, her bellybutton is weirdly high up on her torso. i just googled “belly buttons” to confirm that I feel like they are usually lower than the waist line.
Her bellybutton is totally a photo shop error. If you look at the cover of the mag you can’t see her bellybutton at all. If it was as high as it is in this picture you definitely would have been able to see it in the other bikini pic.
Bellybutton is definitely bad photoshopping…if you look at the pictures Trent posted of this shoot being done, her belly looks a little bit chubbier whereas here it’s completely flat. I’d say they’ve smoothed her over and misplaced her bellybutton in the process
