@Kells — Yes, she does have to go to rehab but it’s unclear when exactly. Since they will be releasing her in the middle of the night she would presumably get at least that night and maybe another day before she has to admit herself to rehab.

but doesn’t she have to go straight to rehab?? I guess I was under the assumption that it was a straight drive from the Clink to the rehab house… is that not correct?

While I don’t believe for a moment that she has learned her lesson, I can’t fault her for the Glam Squad. I can’t even imagine what it is like to be under that kind of scrutiny. Anyone with half a brain should expect that the pictures taken in that moment are going to spread like wildfire.

Unfortunately, she will be in her mother’s care. Mother dearest has made it very clear that she didn’t believe that her daughter should have been there in the first place. Anything she might have gotten from this experience will be washed away once in the care of her family.

At least the story isn’t over, she still has to go through rehab.

She’s obviously not learned her lesson… too focused on what’s on the outside and little to no interest in actually fixing herself. Quite sad, really. I feel sorry for her…

I feel kind of disappointed. I really believed and hoped that Lindsay would take Jail as an opportunity to not only take responsibility for what she had done but also to turn her life around and get better, physically, mentally and emotionally. I’m pretty sure that if she had served her full sentence that she would have gained the respect from a lot of people, and that maybe they would have seen her in a better light. But only serving a week and a few odd days? I know personally, that I now see her more negatively than I had before(Because I highly doubt anyone can learn any lesson by staying in jail for that amount of time, well aside from ‘I’m famous and rich so I don’t have to serve the same time as everyone else’) . Instead of worrying about how she will look, or what she will be wearing when she leaves jail, she should probably be worrying about what this says for her character and how she will be viewed as a person. Because I doubt anyone will give a crap about what designer clothing she is wearing when exiting jail and instead they will be focusing on the fact that she didn’t even serve her full sentence. Sorry, I’m just disgusted and annoyed by this whole thing, I wish I could say ‘I hope she will get better and turn her life around’ but I really doubt that it will happen. Because she doesn’t want to get better, and as long as she keeps in contact with BOTH of her parents, she will continue to go down and I’m seriously starting to doubt she will even go the full ninety days in rehab and will probably find a way to get out of that. I only hope that someone will come into her life that actually cares about her, and will assist her in picking herself back up before it’s to late.
