Despite the fact that Lindsay Lohan has been found in violation of the probation sentence imposed on her for her 2007 DUI conviction and despite the fact that she will have to surrender herself to begin serving a 90 day jail sentence plus 90 day rehab sentence in just a few short days, L. Lo is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of German GQ magazine:

Yes, folks, Lindsay will be going to jail AND will be hittin’ newsstands all at the same time. I should clarify that this GQ photospread is the photoshoot she did here in SoCal last month (except back then, L. Lo tweeted the shoot was for German Vogue … either to mislead us or because she had no idea which magazine she was posing for). Those photos were shot for German Vogue magazine … photos that may hit newsstands while Lindsay is cooling her heels in jail. I’m telling you, if L. Lo is smart she will use her jail sentence as the springboard for turning her life around … I mean, I know it’s a long shot but in this life, anything is possible. She will be on the cover of German GQ while she is in jail and we already know that she will remained a featured star in the new Robert Rodriguez film Machete which will be showing in theaters by the time she gets out of jail … already, jail is the best thing to happen to her career! Lindsay deffo has the chance to turn lemons into lemonade … we’ll have to wait and see if she’s smart enough to capitalize and FIX HER LIFE!
