This particular actor is currently embroiled in a bit of a scandal these days … considering that he is being sued for sexual harassment from one of the extras who worked under him on his current TV show. Can you guess who it is? After the jump, find out if you are correct …
Ta-Da!! It’s former Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel star and current Bones lead actor David Boreanaz:
David Boreanaz might want to rethink his ‘Cocky’ on-set wardrobe. The Bones star was photographed on-set the same day an extra from the show filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the actor. Boreanaz let both his over-sized ‘Cocky’ belt buckle and his publicist do the talking about the lawsuit spearheaded by celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred. His character, FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth, has a soft spot for the accessory that has appeared on past episodes. According to the legal filings by actress Kristina Hagan, following her Sept. 2009 appearance on the Bones set Boreanaz sent ‘sexually inappropriate’ text messages which included, ahem, shots that went lower down than the belt buckle. The suit further contends that Boreanaz made unwanted advances on Hagan in both a parked car and in his on-set trailer, all the while promising her further work on the show because he was ‘the boss.’ A spokesperson for the ex-Angel actor called the shocking lawsuit allegations ‘fabricated and absurd’. In May, Boreanaz admitted to being unfaithful to his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman, with an unspecified woman. ‘Our marriage has been tainted by infidelities,’ he told celebrity magazine People. At the time, his wife said: ‘I’m still angry.’
Okay, so all you Bones fans should’ve been able to recognize the belt buckle right away … and yes, I realize it’s not David wearing the “Cocky” belt buckle, it’s his Bones character … but considering the legal drama going on now and the past infidelitous behavior that he has admitted to in the past, you’d think Boreanaz might not want to be lookin’ at all cocky. I wouldn’t necessarily believe that David Boreanaz might be capable of sexually harassing a castmember but considering all the cheating he’s admitted to, I can honestly say that I kinda believe this latest allegation now.

This guy is a pig! He is cheater and I totally believe the allegations against him. People, why cheat?? I know people are weak and can’t be alone but why put your partner through such things? Just break up and pork whoever you want! I hate cheaters and think it is the most pathetic thing you can do!

Um…the character Booth has worn that Cocky belt buckle since Season 1! Don’t confuse the character with the actor. Dislike the actor David all you want but trying to make the character’s established wardrobe some sort of statement about current events is just stupid.

I still love DB. Those allegations may be true but for some reason he holds a soft spot in my heart that cannot be tainted. I dont know that I ‘believe’ the allegations but I do think perhaps something went on. What I dont believe is that he forced some wanna be actress to sit in a car and watch him shine up the steering wheel.

Come on people, a man doesn’t give an interview to a national magazine to admit his infidelities with his wife sitting next to him if he’s being Cocky! The belt buckle aside, I don’t think DB has been anything but humble throughout all of this…so why don’t we give it a rest already and let the guy try to find a way to find forgiveness from his wife and children. I assure you that he doesn’t need our forgiveness at all, and that doesn’t make him cocky! Now I’m not making excuses for DB, he’s paying dearly for his mistakes, but this particular lawsuit seems kinda fishy to me. First of all, this girl alleges that she was only interested in a job from him, so then why did she agree to go for a ride in his car or meet him in his trailer? Usually when people attend business meetings with each other, they meet in a public place to discuss, not in a parked car or private trailer. Secondly, if he really was that offensive, then why didn’t she walk out of the trialer, or get out of the car while he was “handling himself”….I bet he couldn’t restrain her from leaving with one hand while the other was busy…so again, a little fishy. I think there was consentual sex between them and she thought she could entice a job out of the deal, but when that didn’t pan out, she figured she’d kick the man while he’s down by adding to his current distress. What a way to burn those auditioning bridges gal! You’ll never work for any show on this network again. That’s a great way to go from aspiring actress to expiring actress in two seconds flat!!

Heres how I feel about it… I still love him even if he did cheat on his wife. But what im seriously wondering is that if what ever her name is just said that stuff for publicity. I mean, he admits to cheating on his wife and suddenly hes accused of sexually harrassing people… I didnt say he didnt do it, but its just suspicious.
