Joe Zee, creative director for Elle magazine and (arguably THE) star of the MTV reality TV series The City, is featured in a fun new video on Elle.com where cameras follow him around NYC, NY while he wears the fresh-from-the-runway Faux Fur Chanel suit:
I understand that temps were well into the 90s on the day Joe wore this very furry suit in Manhattan … which makes the vid all the more fun to watch. For the life of me, I cannot understand why anyone would ever want to wear a Faux Fur suit like this … even if it was designed by Chanel … but, at least Joe was a trooper to give it a whirl. LOL! Yeah, I don’t think this suit looks good on anyone … but Mr. Joe Zee knows how to rock it right. They say that Fashion is Fearless … but, apparently, it can also be extremely fugly, too … just ask Mischa Barton.

Oh man…I watched this runway and thought about how little classic Coco Chanel there was in those clothes…but I suppose high fashion isn’t all supposed to be understood. Glad he had some fun with it though…love that he laid out on the grass with all the sunners in the suit.
Are the sunglasses Chanel also? Love them!
