Dina & Ali Lohan Enjoy A Spa Day Then Visit Lindsay In Jail
Plus, Lindsay should expect at least another week in jail

E! News‘s Marc Malkin is reporting that Dina and Aliana Ali Lohan, mother and sister of the currently jailed Lindsay Lohan, spent part of their weekend relaxing at a day spa getting manicures and pedicures while Lindsay‘s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley was bizzy trying to bust her client out of jail early. Because the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA, the jail housing L. Lo right now, would not allow Lindsay to receive any visitors over the weekend, Dina and Ali decided to hang out instead at a relaxing day spa. Dina and Ali did visit Lindsay in jail yesterday, after they were all pampered, rested and stuff:

Dina and Ali Lohan weren’t allowed to visit Lindsay this weekend in jail, so what’s a mom and daughter to do? Go to a spa! The duo was spotted on Saturday at L.A.’s Raya European Day Spa. No word if they indulged in mani-pedi’s, massages and/or facials, but whatever the two did, they did it gratis. No, the spa didn’t comp them. “Some random guy, a stranger, at the spa paid for them,” an eyewitness said. “He said it was because ‘You’ve been through so much.’”

They HAVE been through so much, haven’t they? The poor dears. But as I mentioned before, while the Lohans were getting pampered, Lindsay‘s lawyer was trying to finagle a way to get Lindsay out of jail over the weekend, or at least in the next few days. After the jump, find out just how successful Chapman Holley was in that endeavor …

Lindsay Lohan isn’t going anywhere fast. Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore tells E! News that reports that the actress could be getting out of slammer much earlier than thought, even possibly this week, are not true. “Nothing has changed,” Whitmore says. “When she was incarcerated I said a couple of weeks and it hasn’t been a couple of weeks. That turns out to be the first part of next week. It could be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, something like that.” And that has to be a blow to Team LiLo. Just moments before Whitmore dashed her dreams, Lohan’s off-on lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, expressed hope that jail officials might release the 24-year-old trainwreck by the end of the week due to overcrowding. “I have my fingers crossed and Lindsay does too,” the legal eagle told E! News earlier today upon leaving the Century Regional Correctional Facility after a second powwow with the actress.

Yeah, it sounds like the authorities at the CRDF are serious about making Lindsay serve out a full 2 weeks in jail. She should be thanking her damn lucky stars, 2 weeks is far easier to endure than the actual 12 weeks of her sentence. My guess is that they may spring Lindsay late Monday night so that she can slip out unnoticed … and then go straight to rehab for 12 weeks. I understand Lindsay must attend a rehab facility here in California so she won’t be going far once she gets sprung next week. Lindsay‘s been in jail for about a full week now, can you believe it? Do you think she is finally learning her lesson?

I would love to smack the asshole who paid for their stuff. This is why this family thinks they are super celebrities! Thanks Douche lord! On another note, I sleep very well knowing LLO has yet another full week in jail. I think she should do a month but two solid weeks will do!

Do I think she’s learning her lesson? No.

  3. Jstar says:

    Not learning any lessons…

  4. QNR says:

Dina and Ali are upset about LIndsay, that’s obvious. So, they spent a few hours at a spa to pamper themselves, no big deal. What lessons Lindsay will or will not learn are yet to be seen. I think that Lindsay, Dina, Ali, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, and others think Lindsay’s jail sentence was unwarranted and that’s their opinion. They are the one’s experiencing it.

There’s no way she’s learning anything, she’s too deep into her victim role!

Honestly…can’t really fault anyone for a mani/pedi. It isn’t outrageous pampering, and it isn’t like they can do anything about Lindsey right now anyway. It is in the hands of lawyers and the court system. I feel the worst for Ali. There is hope for her even if her mom and sister are toxic.

I’m bracing myself for the 24-hour-streaming-live-non-stop-Media-palooza of Paris Hilton proportions that will accompany LLO’s release. Then again, the news is so depressing, this may be a welcome distraction…
Which post-jail interview will she whip out the old “I want to make a difference in the world/become a better person” BS? My money’s on “The View”.

  8. Krissy says:

Kiki, I am dreading that madness! I might have to go on a vacation from electronics when she get released. I just don’t care to hear about it, and it is so depressing when actual “news” programs give it so much attention. Ugh!

@ Mr. Gyllenhaal: I couldn’t agree more! Dina Lohan is so busy playing the victim (all the while smiling when paps are around) she sickens me. This guy who paid for them only reinforced despicable behavior and Dina’s own delusions of self-importance.

People only change when they are ready and willing. You need to make profound sacrifices, your friends, your life style all have to go. Lindsay will not learn anything from this because she still believes she did nothing wrong. So does her mother. Sad.

The jails/prisons aren’t nearly as overcrowded where I live, so they could send her here, to serve her FULL sentence. (Lol)
She also wouldn’t get as much “unwanted” attention when she was released. No special treatment either…. (since she’s not related to anyone here)..
Of course, I’m kidding because that wouldn’t/couldn’t be done… but:
How serious of a statement can the Cali courts be making, if the convicts only have to serve a small shred of their sentences?
Sounds like CA is the best place to live, for criminals who don’t want to do much time.
