On Wednesday we learned the happy news that Kylie Minogue‘s younger sister Dannii Minogue gave birth to her first child this past Monday in Melbourne, Australia. Today we get our FIRST LOOK at the newborn baby boy, Ethan Edward, in a couple photos that have been shared with the world on Twitter. Dannii posted a Thank You message along with a family photo with baby and daddy Kris Smith … check it out:

Hey guys first look at our beautiful Ethan, he is the most adorable little man, looks like his amazing mum. X

My guess is that the proud parents decided to share the first photos of Ethan Edward themselves to try and lessen the push by the media to try and secure the first photos themselves. Whatever the case may be, I’m so glad we didn’t have to wait long to see what the little guy looks like … and he is precious. Again, I have to send much love and congrats to the newly expanded family! And Welcome to the World, Little Minogue!
