TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan managed to film a “secret” movie in the days leading up to her surrender to jail without anyone knowing about it … until now. Even more interesting is that the film, titled Underground Comedy 2010, is being produced by Vince Offer Schlomi — the ShamWow! guy. You may recall that we learned last year that Schlomi was once arrested for assaulting a hooker … but has, apparently, found new life as a movie maker. Here are photos and deets of Lindsay‘s new movie with ShamWow! guy:

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan shot a secret movie — just weeks before she went to jail — and the man behind the project is none other than Vince Shlomi … the ShamWow guy. Sources close to the production tell us Vince met Lindsay while the two were in Cannes back in May … in between Lindsay’s doomed court appearances with Judge Revel. We’re told Vince offered Lindsay a role in his movie “Underground Comedy Movie 2010″ — in which she plays a gun-toting Marilyn Monroe spoof who shoots at the paparazzi. Lindsay accepted the role — even though it entailed filming on June 17 … while LiLo was still wearing her SCRAM bracelet around her ankle. We’re told Lindsay was cool with the SCRAM being in the shot … and even ad-libbed a line referencing the device. So far, no word on when the flick is set to be released.

I can’t think of a more tragic movie project for Lindsay to associate herself with but considering how unattractive L. Lo prolly appears to most Hollywood producers, I suppose she should be thankful that the ShamWow! guy was even interested in working with her. I can’t wait to see how this hot mess of a movie turns out.

In other L. Lo news, TMZ has also sniffed out the location where Lindsay will spend her 90 days in rehab … and it sounds like a pretty posh spot. Find out where Lindsay will supposedly be learning to live with sobriety, after the jump …

Yesterday we saw photos of director Madonna, dressed in white, overseeing the filming of a scene for her new movie W.E. in Cannes, France. Today we learn that Maddy has moved production elsewhere in the South of France to film other locations for the movie. Here are new photos of director Madonna, dressed in black, overseeing a scene shoot in Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France earlier today:

I love me some Madonna but I just can’t buy her as a director … not at all. While I’m enjoying seeing photos of her motioning like a director and carrying around the equipment, I can’t really see her as an actual director. It’s going to be really hard for anyone to take her films seriously based on her previous movie involvement both in front of and behind the camera so I don’t have much hope that this new film will be particularly good. Still, if anyone can change people’s minds about preconceived notions, it’s the Material Girl. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Back in May there were rumblings that plans were in the works to rename the ABC comedy Cougar Town to something more suitable to what the show has become. Initially, Cougar Town was meant to be a show about an older woman, played by Courteney Cox-Arquette, who slept around with a bunch of younger guys … but as the first season unfolded, the show really became about a family of friends just living their lives without very much Cougarness going on at all. But, despite the fact that the show really isn’t about a Cougar character anymore, the powers that be at ABC have decided to stick with the name and not change it when the show returns for season 2 this Fall:

The exhaustive search for a new title for ABC’s Cougar Town—one that better reflects the show’s evolution from single-woman-on-the-prowl sitcom to dysfunctional-family comedy—has been scrapped, exec producer Bill Lawrence confirms to me exclusively. “I’m not changing the title,” Lawrence tells me. “We never thought of a good new one, which kind of sucks. And when you look at the modern landscape of television, changing the title means changing your DVR and all this other stuff.” Lawrence says he’s hopeful the publicity surrounding the proposed title change will “get the message out” that Cougar Town has become a different (and vastly improved) show. “It’ll be a funny burden to have,” he shrugs. “It might be the worst titled show of all time.”

I’m totally on the fence with this one … one the one hand, I really hate the name Cougar Town because it really does NOT reflect the show at all. On the other hand, even if it remains Cougar Town, I’m still gonna watch and love the show. If they ever were going to change the title, now’s the time to do it … if they come back for season 2 with the name intact, that’s it … they can never, ever change it. But, no matter what it’s called, Cougar Town remains one of my fave new shows of last season and I cannot wait for its return.

On Tuesday we got to see a video interview with Rodney Darkchild Jerkins where he talked a bit about a new album of unreleased Michael Jackson music that would be released soon. Today we are learning a bit more about that as-yet-untitled album … even tho we don’t know what the disc will be called or what songs will make the cut, we do know that it is scheduled for release in November of this year:

A new Michael Jackson album featuring previously-unreleased songs is set to be released in November. The as-yet-untitled posthumous LP is set to feature 10 songs from sessions recorded during his peak in the 80s right up to his recording sessions with Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am in 2006 … “There are a couple of songs we recorded for the ‘Bad’ album that we had to cut that are just sensational,” DiLeo said. Last year, a pair of previously-unreleased songs, ‘Another Day’ and ‘A Place With No Name’, surfaced. Rodney Jerkins, who co-produced Jackson’s 2001 album ‘Invincible’, revealed that he was working on the collection. The album will be the first in a 10-album, seven-year deal the Jackson estate agreed with Sony BMG in March 2010.

A November release it timed PERFECTLY for the Xmas shopping season … so it makes total sense. To be honest, a collection of unreleased songs that spans a time period from the late 80′s to the mid 00′s prolly won’t have any sort of cohesion … it sounds like it’ll just be a collection of songs that don’t necessarily go together. I’m not sure that a title is very important … but I am dying to see the tracklist. I’m also very curious to hear these “sensational” songs that didn’t make the cut for the Bad album. I hope we’ll get more concrete news soon … if the album is due out in November, the first single could be released as early as September.

Filming *just* got underway for the 3rd season of the MTV reality TV series Jersey Shore and already there’s been an arrest among the castmembers. You may recall that in season 1, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro got busted for assaulting some drunk dude on the Jersey Shore boardwalk … this time around, Nicole Snooki Polizzi is the one gettin’ in trubs with the law. Snooki was *just* arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ today for disorderly conduct:

Snooki from “Jersey Shore” was just arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ … TMZ has confirmed. Law enforcement sources tell us the Seaside Heights PD busted Snooki moments ago for disorderly conduct. The details of that conduct are unclear. We’re told Snooki — real name Nicole Polizzi — is currently in police custody. Earlier in the day, Snooki was partying on the beach with a beer bong … only she was filling it up with Coca-Cola. We’re told she was also seen at a local bar taking “body shots.”

Dude, these Jersey Shore kids will do anything for a little attention … even if it means getting arrested. I mean, I do not believe for one second that this bust was not an orchestrated move to drum up hype for the TV show Jersey Shore. Snooki‘s arrest is sure to get people talking, which would make her more valuable to the show and would make her more money in the long run. This past Tuesday I posted a story about an upcoming auction which will offer the purple and orange suit that Jack Nicholson wore in the 1989 Tim Burton film Batman … and it reminded me how much I loved that movie when it came out in the Summer of ’89. I was 15 years old and I was finally going to see my favorite superhero on the big screen … I was pretty much obsessed with the film and everything related to the film all Summer long. Last night, I busted out my Batman DVD and decided to watch the film again for old time’s sake:

Obviously now, in comparison to the blockbuster films that get released almost ever week these days, Batman looks a bit dated and feels a bit slow … but when it came out, it really set the world on fire. Batman launched the big movie franchise biz and set the stage for all the superhero films that followed. I uploaded the film to my iPhone and watched the entirety of the movie in bed … which is such a marvel considering I was reminded that my friends and I had to camp out for movie tickets to see the film at midnight and then had to get to the theater early to find a good seat. If memory serves, the cineplex showed the film in 4 different theaters which were packed to the gills … there were people sitting on the floor in the aisles. I saw that movie many times in the theater that Summer and then wore out the VHS once it became available. I also LOVED the Prince soundtrack that accompanied the film, despite the fact that I always felt that Prince‘s music wasn’t really well-suited for Tim Burton‘s vision of Batman. But, yeah, Prince‘s song Batdance was my JAM!

I used to watch MTV with the VCR set to record on pause so that I could quickly record the video as soon as it began to play (I used to do the same for the Paula Abdul music videos that came out in 1989, 1990 but that’s another story for another day). I managed to upload all of the Batman films to my iPhone … yes, including the horrid ones made by Joel Schumacher. Batman Returns is prolly my all-time fave Batman film, to be honest. Until The Dark Knight came out in 2008, it was the darkest and truest version of Batman on the big screen. I’m looking forward to watching all the films again … I have a long history with Batman. I’m glad I can look back and relive that history in the palm of my hand.

Not sure what is going on today … David and I are planning to meet up with Darion for dinner … should be fun. Hope your weekend is awesome!

For the life of me, I cannot understand why anyone would ever want to wear a Faux Fur suit like this … even if it was designed by Chanel … but, at least Joe was a trooper to give it a whirl. At the start of the week we saw photos of Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe celebrating his 21st birthday while on holiday in Russia in FINE boozy style … and today we learn that DanRad continued to celebrate his bday even after he returned home to London, England. Much like he did in the photos we saw earlier this week, Daniel looks completely blitzed out of his mind in these new photos snapped yesterday afternoon:

Despite the fact that Dan has been able to legally drink in England for years, it really looks like he has been having a great time celebrating his 21st birthday by being as inebriated as possible … for as long as possible. On Wednesday we got our first look at new co-stars Johnny Depp and Penélope Cruz filming their first scenes together on the Hawiian set of the upcoming sequel film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Today we get to see the pair on set again but this time they are rehearsing a scene out of costume aboard their pirate ship. Judging by these photos, it looks like Johnny and Penélope will have no trouble finding the right romantic chemistry to work together on this film:

Penelope Cruz has been getting used to life on the ocean waves by rehearsing with her Pirates Of The Caribbean co-star Johnny Depp onboard ship. Depp, who plays Captain Jack Sparrow, could be seen teaching Penelope some rather steamy dance moves too as she got her sealegs. Penelope, 36, makes her debut in the movie franchise in the fourth instalment: On Stranger Tides, which has just started filming in Hawaii. The Spanish sexbomb – who in real life, married long-term love and fellow actor Javier Bardem earlier this month – plays Angelica, Jack Sparrow’s love interest. She could be seen smooching on the vessel with Depp, who was brandishing a goblet and a bottle of what was presumably rum. At some points, the pair seemed as if they might be about to kiss as they gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes. Depp – in character as Captain Jack, though not in costume – could also be seen raising a toast to his dark beauty. With Depp leading what may well have been a tango, he twirled his partner around the deck, sending Cruz’s long locks flying. But then it seemed as if things got nasty between the pair, with Depp grabbing Cruz in a headlock – while still holding onto his all important bottle of rum. However, they were all smiles with each other once the rehearsal had finished and out of their salty seadog characters.

It’s not totally clear if the ship they are rehearsing on is the Black Pearl or if it is some other ship but it is clear by these photos that Captain Jack Sparrow is hoping to turn the ship into the Love Boat. It’s unsurprising that Penélope‘s character will shun Capt. Jack’s romantic advances but, in fine Hollywood style, Angelica will undoubtedly fall in love with Jack.
