Last month we got our first look at the first photo released from Madonna‘s new ad campaign for Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2010-2011 and earlier this month we got to see a whole batch of photos from the campaign. Today we get to see a few very cool behind the scenes photos that were snapped on the set of the photoshoot … behold:

Not only am I taken by the photos from the campaign but I am also quite taken by these behind the scenes photos. I think they capture a side of Madonna that we don’t get to see very often. Last month we got to check out the first teaser movie trailer for the upcoming David Fincher film The Social Network (aka The Facebook Movie). Last week we got to check out the second teaser trailer which is an updated version of the first teaser trailer. Today we get to check out what can be called the film’s first full length trailer which shows actual scenes from the film … here are a few screencaps:

Now this trailer has to be my fave one thus far. It starts out by showing just how much we have all integrated Facebook in our day to day personal lives and then it flashes back to 2003 and gives us glimpses of what was happening behind the scenes as Facebook was being created. Coupled with a very eerie version of the Radiohead song Creep and you’ve got yourself a pretty kickass trailer. Check it out in full, after the jump …

German GQ magazine may be featuring the very troubled Lindsay Lohan on the cover and in the pages of their new issue but American GQ, which features Paul Rudd on the cover of their Comedy Issue, managed to get Captain America: The First Avenger star Chris Evans to go BOTTOMLESS in the pages of their new issue. I’m not even kidding you, Chris is not only not wearing any pants … he’s not wearing any undies either!

Janet Jackson has been named the new celebrity spokesmodel for BlackGama, a luxury clothing company that specializes in mink and other animal fur items. Janet is featured in the company’s new ad campaign which asks the question, What Becomes a Legend Most? The answer, apparently, is The Skin of Dead Animals is what Becomes a Legend Most. As you can imagine, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals — an organization that works for animal rights and against the fur trade — has already issued a statement denouncing Janet‘s support of the fur trade:

Animal activists have taken aim at Janet Jackson for signing on as the new face of fur firm BlackGlama. The pop superstar was announced as the brand’s new ‘What Becomes a Legend Most?’ spokesmodel on Thursday, July 15 and she’ll model high-quality mink items in the ads – and PETA bosses have been quick to react. Spokeswoman Amanda Schinke says, “It’s amazing what celebrities will do when their careers are on a downslide, but we didn’t think that Janet was this desperate. Surely she knows enough about suffering and unjustified death to recognize that both occur in the production of a fur coat. We are asking her to think again and to donate these stolen skins to be used as bedding for animals orphaned by other human-caused disasters, such as loss of habitat.”

Blah, I have to agree … the idea of wearing the fur of skinned animals as a luxury seems so barbaric and cruel to me. To be clear, I do eat meat and I do use leather but I so not advocate the use of animal fur. I know it may sound hypocritical to some but to me, eating meat is not the same thing as skinning animals merely for the luxury of being able to wear their fur. I wouldn’t personally look down or chagrin someone for wearing fur, just like I wouldn’t want to be treated as such for eating meat or using leather … but I, personally, am not cool at all with wearing fur or advocating its use. It’s a touchy subject, I know, but I think it’s just better to say NO to fur at all costs.

Last week we got to see photos of the main castmembers of Scream 4 (including Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox-Arquette, David Arquette, Adam Brody and more) filming scenes together on the Michigan set of the movie and today we get to see newer photos of Courteney (as intrepid reporter Gale Weathers) and Adam (as Detective Hoss) filming newer scenes together:

I think it’s the uniform but Adam Brody‘s character looks exactly like a younger version of David Arquette‘s character Deputy Dewey Riley. Now that Dewey is the Sheriff of Woodsboro, I’m sure he’ll be gettin’ the respect that he deserves (yeah, right) from the younger police officers in his employ. It appears that Detective Hoss isn’t all that impressed with Gale Weathers … I’m certain she’ll be teachin’ him a thing or two.

Yesterday we got our first look at Lindsay Lohan on the cover of the new issue of German GQ magazine … today, we get to check out a couple of the photos that are featured inside the mag. As you may recall, Lindsay posed for photographer Ellen Von Unwerth last month on a beach in Malibu, CA but at the time Lindsay tweeted that the shoot was for German Vogue magazine. We now know that the shoot was for German GQ and, to be honest, she looks pretty darn good in the photos … behold:

It’s not exactly been the best of times for Lindsay Lohan recently. Not that you’d know it from this sexy photo shoot the actress did for the German version of men’s magazine GQ. The Mean Girls star looked relaxed and without a care in the world for the spread, as she posed on a beach in several different bikinis. Meanwhile, American website RadarOnline.com are reporting that Lohan checked herself into a sober living home in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon … On the cover – which describes the shoot as ‘on the beach with the girl who’s got the world in a spin’ – she poses in a very 1940s-style two-piece, the high pants and shapely bra covered in pretty florals. Inside, she is seen posing in a black string swimsuit inside an army jeep and sitting on some beach steps, her legs wrapped round a guitar. In another, she wears a strapless cream bikini while shooting a bow and arrow. But real life certainly isn’t a beach for the troubled star at the moment.

You might remember that at this photoshoot, Lindsay was wearing a pair of UGGs boots so that she could tuck her court-ordered SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet inside and out of sight. But the photospread does feature at least one photo of Lindsay NOT wearing the boots, which you can check out after the jump …

After an extremely uneventful flight, I successfully arrived home in Detroit, MI for my quick layover to pick up my BFF Sarah before we fly off to Paris, France later today. I landed just after a thunderstorm rolled thru the area so the sky was all purple, there were people runnin’ everywhere. Okay, so notsomuch with the people runnin’ but the sky was a very cool shade of purple … it was a nice welcome home. Sarah and Mark picked me up and we immediately made our way to Little Tree Sushi in Royal Oak, MI for a sumptuous dinner at my fave sushi place on Earth. We ate and caught up and ate and talked about Paris and ate and ate. It was so fun.

And so … today our adventure begins! Sarah and I will be flying to Paris for the weekend this afternoon and we are both excited beyond words:

We arrive in Paris early tomorrow so it’ll take a bit of time to get adjusted to the time difference. I’ll be working on the blog every day that I’m there but I’m planning on treating the days like weekend days. I’ll do my best to bring as much goss as possible while we enjoy one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world! Sarah has never been to Paris (she’s actually never traveled internationally) so there is so much for us to see and do while we are there. It’ll be fun to share our adventures with all y’all, too :D
