Prince Harry of Wales and his best mates got themselves all dolled up in Abergavenny, Wales United Kingdom to attend the wedding nuptials of his former Equerry Mark Dyer to Amanda Kline of the US State of Texas. As you can tell from the following photos, Prince Harry and his buds looked very swank for the occasion:

I’m not entirely sure what an equerry is but I suspect it is a very important job, one that allowed Dyer to foster a wonderful personal relationship with Prince Harry. I love that the bride, Amanda, is a Yankee-Doodle Dandy from the US State of Texas. The two of them make a very lovely-looking couple

I think it’s going to be some time before we see Prince Harry take his walk down the aisle so it’s nice to see him all dolled up for this wedding. Congrats to the happy couple!!

So yeah … yesterday … David and I did a whole lotta nuthin’! I had briefly entertained the idea of going out last night but I inadvertantly got sucked into watching A Night of Pixar on Starz last night and ended up watching Monsters, Inc., WALL·E and Up all in a row:

I honestly only planned on watching Monsters, Inc. since it’s been a few years since I’ve seen it … but I couldn’t resist watching WALL·E and then after SWEARING I would only watch the opening segment in Up … well, that’s where my whole night went.

David and I are planning to get out to the beach today but we’re still undecided so … well, we’ll have to see how we end up celebrating our 4th of July. I hope YOUR day is going well, whatever you’re doing wherever in the world you are :)

A couple of weeks ago we got to watch an exciting :27 seconds of action from the SoCal set of the upcoming sequel film Transformers 3 (as yet un-subtitled) and today we get to see a few photos from the set which were snapped this week. As you may recall, we learned in May that Megan Fox would NOT be reprising her role in this third Transformers film and would be replaced by Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Today we get to see her film some of her first scenes for the film alongside Transformers star Shia LaBeouf:

The gorgeous Victoria’s Secret model, 23, landed the role amid rumours that Fox, 24, had been dumped for being too thin. But rookie actress Rosie demonstrates exactly why she was picked to be the movie’s main love interest, as she dazzled in a white dress while filming scenes with co-star Shia LaBeouf, 24, yesterday. Rosie started shooting the latest in the Transformers franchise last month, just a week after it was revealed that she’d landed the role. She’d previously worked with Transformers director Michael Bay on an advert for the American undies firm. Pictures emerged of her on set, but she kept her costume and enviable figure under wraps with a dressing gown. But now, the Plymouth-born beauty, who’s currently dating Kelly Brook’s actor ex Jason Statham, has now revealed one of her outfits from the film in all its glory. Looking tanned and healthy, Rosie literally glowed in the bright white drape mini-dress with a plunging draped neck line. She was filming scenes in Culver City, California – known as one of the hearts of the film-making industry – and between takes, changed into trackie bottoms and chilled near her trailer.

Wow, she really is a beautiful woman! She looks fantastic in these photos. Considering how guy-oriented the Transformers films are, it’s no wonder Michael Bay decided to cast this stunningly beautiful woman in the flick. I don’t suppose her acting skills are really that important if she looks good, right? To be honest, I was so disappointed by how crappy Transformers 2: Rise of the Fallen was that I am not even the least bit excited for T3. I love that Shockwave is the big villain but … I’m just afraid another crap movie will hammer another nail into the coffin of my childhood. Welp, they’ve got a year to get the movie right … I just hope they don’t eff it up.

Glee star Mark Salling has been spotted this 4th of July weekend chillin’ with his bros in Las Vegas, NV poolside at the Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo Hotel and Casino. I understand Mark and his buds made their way to Vegas so that they could watch the UFC fight that took place last night at Lagasse’s Stadium sports bar inside the Palazzo Resort … but I’m just glad that they decided to spend some time by the pool. Woot!

Yesterday we got to see a couple photos of rumored partners Anderson Cooper and Benjamin Maisani making their exit from the David Barton Gym in NYC, NY Friday afternoon and today we get to see a couple more photos of the pair shortly after they finished their gym date. Andy and Ben hopped on a pair of matching mountain bikes and peddled their way home thru the West Village together … behold:

Whether these two are an actual couple or merely a couple of friends, they make a really great pair … don’tcha think? It’s very obvious that both Anderson and Benjamin have been working considerably hard on pumping up their arm muscles becuase … MMM … look at those bulging biceps. While I am still not on board with the jorts that Ben is rockin’, I suppose I can forgive him the style faux pas this time around. HMMM … I wonder where these two biked off to together. Even better, I wonder what they got up to once they reached their destination. Any guesses?

Congratulations (and a bit of WTF?!) are in order for soccer stud (literally, it would seem) Cristiano Ronaldo who announced to the world on his official Facebook profile that he is the proud father of a bouncing baby boy! Here is the full text of Cristiano‘s happy (?) announcement:

It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy. As agreed with the baby’s mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship. No further information will be provided on this subject and I request everyone to fully respect my right to privacy (and that of the child) at least on issues as personal as these are.

Whoa … this is really out of the blue, especially considering that Cristiano didn’t seem to be dating anyone special. To be honest, it sounds a bit like Cristiano got himself into a but of trouble with this babymama and decided to make the most of the situation. I find it a bit surprising that Ronaldo will be the “exclusive guardian” of the child … which makes it sound like the mother will not be involved. So he’s going to be a full time professional soccer player and the sole parent of a newborn child. HMMM. Let’s send our happy congratulations as well as our best wishes and luck to the new father … he is deffo gonna need it!

Birthday lurve goes out to the United States of America today which is celebrating its 234th birthday. Independence Day, or the 4th of July, is the day of the year that we Americans celebrate our country’s freedom (from the rule of the British monarchy) and mark the birth of of this great nation:

Essentially, it is a way for us all to party in a non-partisan, non-religious, non-complicated way. I would hope that all y’all are able to get out there and partake in today’s 4th of July celebrations in some form or another. Today is a great day to get together with family and/or friends at BBQs, pool parties, picnics, etc. It’s also a great day to just put your feet up and relax. How every you choose to celebrate our nation’s birth today, I hope you so safely and very happily. If you snap some fun pics for your day, send ‘em in so I can post them on the blog next week!!
