Watch: Kellan Lutz Behind The Scenes Of His ‘Men’s Health’ Photoshoot

Last week we got our first look at Kellan Lutz on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Men’s Health magazine but today we get to check out a fun behind-the-scenes video of Kellan on the set of his Men’s Health photoshoot … here are a few screencaps:

Kellan does a bit of talking in this video … but that’s not really the draw here ;) As you may recall, we got to see (and not hear) photos of Kellan showing off his Calvin Klein Underwear in Toronto, Canada yesterday but in this video he’s showing off a bit more. Check it out, after the jump …

The TV Guide
Play Things

Yesterday afternoon, David and I met up with our friend Angie and her adorable daughter for a showing of Toy Story 3 and OMG, I can’t even begin to tell you how good the film is. We all laughed, we all cried and we all loved it entirely:

In my humble estimation, Toy Story 3 is the best Toy Story film to date and is even better than Disney/Pixar‘s last masterpiece Up! I really don’t want to talk about the plot, so as not to ruin, but I can assure you … the film is cute, funny, sad, touching and just the best damn thing you’re likely to see all year long. The trailers and promo materials do not do the film justice … and they are a bit misleading — not in a bad way but there is a lot more going on than just good ol’ run-of-the-mill Toy Story fare. I was totally engrossed in the story, it sucked me immediately and would not let go … I was oohing, aahing and cheering louder than the kids in the audience. There is more than enough funny for adults and I DARE you to not cry at least once during the movie. OY! I have to say, I think Toy Story 3 may be my fave movie of the year … it is already my fave film of the year. This movie will make you feel like a kid again … it’s really fantastic.

After the movie, we made our way to Ben & Jerry’s for a little dessert treat … we had a really great day:

Please, see Toy Story 3 … I promise, you will love it and it will really make you appreciate all the fun times you had as kid ;)

Tonight, my friend Josh Z. and I are going to the Smiths/Morrissey convention at the Henry Fonda Theater … which I am VERY excited for. I understand the coverband These Charming Men is the best Smiths/Moz coverband in the world … I can’t wait to find out :)

Hot Dude Of The Week: Jerry East

It is time, once again, to take a moment to gaze and gander on the Hot Dude of the Week! Today we get to meet a nice young chap who seems to have an affinity for tight white clothing … an affinity that I wholeheartedly support. Photographed by Dylan Rosser, say hello to Jerry East:

You know, sometimes we get to see photos of gents who are even less dressed than Jerry here and yet, this photo seems to be a bit sexier than some of those other photos that show more skin. While it’s true that sometimes less is more, in this instance … more is more ;) And can I just say that I am so happy that speedo season has finally come upon us? Woot! Enjoy!!

First Look: Madonna For Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 10-11

Remember back in April when we saw those photos of Madonna posing with a very young boy at a NYC street photoshoot for Dolce & Gabbana? Well, today we get our first look at the final product. Here is the first image released from the Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2010-2011 ad campaign:

For autumn winter 2010-2011, Dolce&Gabbana tells us a black and white story celebrating the power of charisma framed by the faces of a glorious Italian family. Spring summer 2010 and now autumn winter 2010-2011, Madonna continues to enlighten some Dolce&Gabbana captured memories. This winter’s Dolce&Gabbana womenswear advertising campaign is like a family photo album where dignity, beauty find all their ways of expression: an impromptu tango in the living room, a heartfelt laughter luminescent in form, faces, serious, proud.

Now, this campaign should not be confused with Maddy‘s other collabo with D&G for her line of MDG Sunglasses. I was a bit worried, when I saw this photoshoot happening last April, that this young boy was gonna be paired up with Madge as a love interest … I kinda like the idea of him escorting his older … let’s say aunt … home from the market. I can dig this classy-looking campaign … I can’t wait to see more.

Nice to meat you all
David Beckham Sandwiched Between Princes William & Harry

David Beckham, soccer stud and official unofficial member of the English soccer team competing in South Africa at the 2010 World Cup tournament, met up with the Princes of Wales William and Harry at the Saxon Hotel in Johannesburg for a little photo op/chill session. It turns out that there was a breach of security in the English locker room as an irate fan bursted in to berate Becks for the team’s “poor” performance at the World Cup thus far this year (cuz, you know, it’s his fault). Being the cheerful good sports that they are, the Princes took full blame for the fan’s ability to breach security … by joking that they must’ve left the door to the locker room open ;)

Prince William joked last night that he and his brother were to blame for the security breach after England’s dismal World Cup performance against Algeria. The Prince made light of leaving the door of the player’s dressing room ajar after a morale-boosting post-match visit to the down-spirited team – paving the way for an irate fan to charge in and berate the squad. The supporter was confronted by former England captain David Beckham, who told him: ‘This isn’t the time or the place – you need to get out.’ But William insisted: ‘Harry and I left the door open. And that’s why it happened. It was our fault. We take full responsibility.’ Although security was tight while the Princes chatted to the players, it relaxed after they left and it was at this point that the supporter – who is being sought by police – was able to foil guards. The incident followed many English fans booing the team off the pitch in Cape Town after the 0-0 draw, and the England players have taken their anger seriously, cancelling two sightseeing trips the team were due to take yesterday, fearing more confrontations. Before England’s embarrassing display incurred the wrath of their fans, there was talk of a team visit to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated. But wanting to avoid more encounters with angry supporters, the players decided against it yesterday. A trip to Table Mountain was also canceled … So with all this turmoil it was just as well that the Princes and Beckham tried to raise the team’s morale with their dressing room visit before the intruder intervened. Prince William said he hoped the impromptu visit had managed to lift the players’ spirits, adding: ‘The game wasn’t a loss, it was a draw. When the guys went into the changing room they were fairly upset with how they played, but by the time we finished, we’d laughed and joked. Harry and I behaved like idiots. We tried to get David in on the act as well and the three of us tried to raise some spirits. That was all we did really.’ Asked about England’s performance, Prince William, who is president of the FA, spoke instead about the fans, praising them for the way they got behind their team, despite the booing towards the end. ‘You could hear the England fans over the vuvuzelas which is quite impressive because there is quite a noise from vuvuzelas,’ he said. Prince Harry was similarly upbeat. ‘It was a draw, we can still top the group, which is fantastic news. We are all really looking forward to next week. ‘A win is a win next week no matter how many we score. It would be nice to see the team really enjoying it and actually smiling and playing football, the football that we all know they can play.’ Yesterday, Beckham said the incident with the fan in the dressing room had been blown out of proportion, saying: ‘Luckily it was five minutes after the Princes had left. The fan just walked in very casually and said something to me and then walked out. There was no scuffle, there was no aggression at all.’ Declining to divulge what the fan said exactly, Beckham added: ‘That was a very personal conversation. He didn’t comment on the performance. He walked in and said: “Hello”.’

Um … this kind of breach of security is pretty scary. Who knows what kind of nutjob could’ve wandered into the locker room. I understand security escorted the guy out of the stadium and let him go … HELLO!? He could’ve been a psycho! But, fortunately, nothing bad happened … so we can focus on these amazing pictures of the Becks/Princes sandwich. They all look pretty damn good in their fancy English suits. These guys should hang out together more often.

Britney Spears & Jason Trawick Go Shopping, Go Lunching

Lovebirds Britney Spears and Jason Trawick stepped out on the town yesterday afternoon to do a bit of shopping and eating in Calabasas, CA and despite lookin’ a bit worse for the wear (but really now, when don’t they look a bit wrecked?) the couple looked SO MUCH IN LOVE … or something like that. First, Britwick made their way to Williams-Sonoma to pick up a few household essentials and then they grabbed a bite to eat at the local Red Robin eatery:

I understand that Britwick caused quite a stir at Red Robin … so much so that they had to be escorted from the venue by police escort. All in all … sounds like a pretty run-of-the-mill Saturday afternoon for our dear Britwick. Love them!!

Kellan Lutz Shows Off His Undies In Toronto

Last month we saw photos of Twilight hottie Kellan Lutz showing off his Calvin Klein undies at an in-store appearance at Macy’s Herald Square in NYC, NY and today we get to see the lad doing the same at The Bay department store in Toronto, CA this weekend. While I really wish these in-store events to promote CK Underwear were a bit sexier, the photos are at least kinda cute:

You will note that Kellan has, once again, dyed his hair black … it was just a few days ago we saw him rockin’ lighter, brown hair on the set of his upcoming new film Immortals. I understand the 2010 Much Music Awards are happening tonight in Toronto, Canada … I’ll bet we’ll be seeing homeboy here showing off his CK Undies on the red carpet of that event, too! Meh, it’s a living … I’m totally fine with him showing off anything at all he likes :)

"It has been a daily battle to cope with our huge loss."
Katherine Jackson Speaks, Her First Interview Since Michael Jackson’s Death

Katherine Jackson, matriarch of the famed Jackson family, is speaking publicly for the first time — since the sudden death of her son Michael Jackson shocked the world just about a year ago on June 25 — in a new interview with the British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mirror. It should be clarified that Katherine‘s interview is meant the promote a new book that she has published titled Never Can Say Goodbye which is an intimate look at MJ‘s life in photos culled together by Katherine herself. Here are a few excerpts from Katherine‘s new interview with The Daily Mirror:

The world remembers its biggest superstar… and three children mourn the father they adored. Nearly one year on from the death of Michael Jackson, his mother Katherine talks today for the first time about bringing up his daughter and two sons – and how the family still struggle with their private grief. His daughter Paris, 12, has turned her bedroom into a shrine to her “Daddy”, where she is surrounded by his photographs. And his boys Prince, 13, and eightyear-old Blanket bravely talk about wanting to make him proud – and then lapse into silent moments, when they are missing him. All three spend hours listening to their father’s hits. Katherine says: “They don’t have any friends. They don’t go to school, they have private lessons at home – but that will change in September, when they are due to enrol at private college. But they have their cousins and aunts and uncles around them constantly, and that’s helped them immensely. “To them, it’s normal, it’s the life they have known. They have a certain time to go to bed, then they get up and get dressed for lessons. They practise karate and swim, which they love. It is 80-year-old Katherine’s first interview since her son died of suspected cardiac arrest at his Beverly Hills home on June 25 last year. “Each one of them is like Michael in a certain way,” she says. “It has been a daily battle to cope with our huge loss” … It is his daughter, she reveals, who is showing real musical talent – and who expresses her sadness in the most poignant way. “I wanted to hang pictures of flowers or ballerinas in Paris’s room, the sort of things I expected a girl would like,” Katherine says. “But she went into a closet and she brought out seven or eight pictures of Michael, and she told me, ‘No, I want daddy hanging in my room’. So she goes to bed looking at him and wakes up looking at him. She said, ‘I always want to be able to see him’. Paris has that lovely way, just like him, and I see his talent in her. Whatever she does, she is very good at it. She’s a good artist, she plays the piano and she wants to be an actress. Prince is serious about a lot of things. He wants to be a camera-man or produce movies. “He is dedicated to that, like Michael was. And Blanket is very playful, like Michael was” … recently Katherine’s husband Joe – accused of being a brutal father – claimed that she was to blame for Michael’s death, because she refused to tell him to change his lifestyle. Michael would have listened to her if she had intervened, Joe complained, because he was a mummy’s boy. Katherine always kept her own counsel, but she has compiled a book of family pictures and anecdotes that, she says, will tell the truth about Michael and, hopefully, silence the malicious gossip.

“Michael was so misunderstood,” she says. “I treasure my memories of him and wanted to share them with his fans in my book. I remember when he brought gifts for me – a watch, a necklace and a ring. I’ll never forget how he smiled when I opened each one. He was so generous. I want the world to know that real Michael Jackson – a loving person. “Many doubt that, because of the child molestation accusation falsely laid on him, but in truth it was just greedy people after money. The first child, Jordan Chandler, whose father accused Michael, ended up saying he regretted not getting a chance to say sorry to Michael. Then the father committed suicide – I think his conscience was bothering him.” One year on, with Michael’s doctor Conrad Murray facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, Katherine also says she has never accepted that her son died of natural causes. “He was too young for that. I heard from people that he was taking prescription drugs but I never saw my son in any way drugged… he was always himself. If I could see him again, I would want to know one thing, ‘Who did this to you?’” … Now, they are preparing to gather again – this time sombrely at Michael’s grave, in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Los Angeles, for his own poignant anniversary. It has been, Katherine says, a year of such sorrow, demanding extraordinary strength from the family … Katherine says: “I hope that the next year will be better for us all. Michael’s death brought us closer and I want us to be even closer still. I know Michael would have wanted that, too.”

While it is very interesting to hear from mama Katherine herself, this interview (which can be read in full HERE) doesn’t really shed that much light on any new information. She did reveal that the kids will be going to school for the first time ever this September, I sincerely hope it is a smooth transition for each of them. In case you’re interested, Katherine‘s book Never Can Say Goodbye can be ordered from THIS official Jackson website.

So … what do y’all think of this new interview? Do any of y’all find it interesting or insightful?
