Earlier today we saw a photo of Britney Spears here in Hollywood, CA yesterday at the LA premiere of Toy Story 3 but she and her beau Jason Trawick made their way out of town for a little romantic excursion to Santa Barbara, CA together where they were spotted earlier in the weekend before Brit sneaked into the movie premiere yesterday:

It really seems like Britwick just can’t get enough of those budget hotels, don’t it? I hafta say, Jason is lookin’ pretty wrecked in these photos … his scruffiness is lookin’ less manly and more fugly. Ah well, the love birds were on vacay or whatever so … let them enjoy!

Mariah Carey is a new mama, y’all! Her pet pooch ChaCha gave birth to an adorable baby pup that has been temporarily named Da Pup and Mimi was THRILLED to show off on her official Twitter account over the weekend:

Yesterday we saw a few photos of the annual Trooping of the Colour celebration which took place in London, England in honor of Queen Elizabeth II‘s 84th birthday and today we get to see photos from a different Royal celebratory event in honor of The Most Noble Order of the Garter. As I understand it, The Most Noble Order of the Garter is a pretty big deal in the United Kingdom, as is evident by the fancy dress worn by Queen Elizabeth and her grandson Prince William:

I have absolutely no idea what is going on but I believe this event goes all the way back to the 1300s. Fancy schmancy. But you may have noticed that young Prince Harry is not featured in these photos or the photos we saw yesterday … that’s because he is on an official visit to Botswana right now. Last week we got our first look at Make Me a Supermodel‘s Ronnie Kroell on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Playgirl magazine and today we get to see a couple photos of the lad chillin’ at the 40th annual Los Angeles GLBT Pride Celebration parade which took place here in West Hollywood, CA yesterday afternoon. Ronnie was sponsored by Chad Hudson Events as a fundraiser for the White Knot organization — which is a non-profit organization working towards achieving marriage equality. I’m gonna take a wild guess and say that the Pride celebrants were ecstatic to have Ronnie (and all of his glory) participate in yesterday’s parade … this is just another hunch but I’ll bet 99.9% of the folks celebrating yesterday had already gotten a gander at Ronnie in the pages of the new issue of Playgirl magazine. Last night David and I met up with our Turtle Party friends Tamar, Ollie, Rob and Caleb so that we could all watch The Human Centipede (The First Sequence). Now, I’ve heard many things about this film … and I’ve seen a few … and everything I’ve heard and seen has been DEEPLY disturbing … none of which is as disturbing as the film itself:

Now, let’s put the film’s subject matter aside for a moment. The acting in this film is ridiculously bad. If the movie’s storyline wasn’t so outrageously disgusting, the movie wouldn’t even be worth talking about. That being said … the movie’s storyline is SO OUTRAGEOUSLY DISGUSTING that it kinda makes the film worth discussing. For those of you who aren’t aware, The Human Centipede is a horror film that features a mad surgeon who attaches 3 people from mouth to anus by their gastric systems. Revealing this is not a spoiler because this information is revealed in the trailer. The film doesn’t really show anything truly disgusting but the implied actions and scenes are wholly disturbing. I honestly was bothered by what I saw for hours afterward. We all howled with disgust multiple times thruout the movie … so as far as being horrified by a horror film goes … mission: accomplished. But, as I said, the acting is so bad .. and there are a few plot holes so I can’t say I loved the film. The movie is effed up, y’all. If you want to be disturbed, check it out. I’m glad I saw it … but I don’t think I’ll ever need to see it again. That is … until the sequel hits theaters.

The Toy Story 3 premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, CA scored a major coup by getting the amazing Britney Spears to attend its premiere here in SoCal yesterday afternoon. Other celebs, including the actors who lend their voices to the Toy Story films, attended the premiere as well but Britney was the big surprise:

OK, I know that the Toy Story 3 premiere wasn’t all about Britney (in fact, she managed to sneak into the premiere — avoiding the red carpet altogether — and then sneaked out as quickly as she could) but still, it’s nice to see her on the red carpet again :) Now … about the movie … I am SO excited for the release of this Toy Story this coming Friday. Firstly, I can’t wait to see the characters in 3D and secondly, Toy Story 3 may likely be the last movie in the franchise. I suppose it’s possible that Disney might eak out other Toy Story films down the line but there seems to be a finality to this one. I can’t wait to see it … and now that it’s been publicly endorsed by Britney Spears — hellz yeah I’m gonna see it. Britney notwithstanding, are YOU excited for Toy Story 3?

Lindsay Lohan, who spent part of her weekend partying with friends including Gerard Butler, was spotted on a late night shopping excursion to a neighborhood Rite Aid here in SoCal last night on an apparent emergency mission to find art supplies. L. Lo, with her court-ordered SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet attached, was spotted with little sister Aliana Ali Lohan with armfuls of poster board, pens and notepads for a mysterious new project … behold:

Now, it’s anyone’s guess as to what creative inspiration struck L. Lo in the middle of the night to force her to run out to Rite Aid to pick up supplies but one hopes it is a worthwhile endeavor. Considering the fact that Lindsay is now making late night runs for art supplies rather than more … controlled substances … is a good sign, yes? Easy does it, Linds. Just take things one day at a time.
