Newly blonde Lindsay Lohan, who was ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet earlier this week and has been ordered to submit to random drug-testing, paid a visit to her probation officer today to check in and prove that she is keeping her nose out of trouble. According to TMZ, L. Lo will have to keep in close contact with her probation officer in the coming weeks leading up to her next court hearing. Here are photos of Lindsay making her way into her meeting just a couple hours ago and the deets of her new probation duties:
TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan will be making a nightly call to her probation officer — to find out whether she’ll have to take a drug test the next day. Lindsay was right on time today for her meeting with a new probation officer, a female. Sources tell TMZ Lindsay and the officer went through the prescription drugs Lindsay can take, without SCRAM repercussions — which include Adderall and Ambien. We’re told the officer went over protocol with Lindsay — which requires her to make a nightly phone call to the probation office. During that call, Lindsay will be informed whether she will have to go to the probation office the next day and submit to a drug test. All in all, we’re told the meeting “went well.”
Ugh … this is so a joke. Let me get this straight … Lindsay has been placed on restrictions that bar her from using alcohol or taking drugs but she is allowed to take prescriptions for Adderall and Ambien? I mean … c’mon. At least it seems like she’s taking her newly established “punishment” seriously … granted, this is only her first probation officer visit and it’s only been a few days since these new restrictions have been forced on her but … one day at a time, right? Stay clean, Lindsay … please?

Does she have adult ADHD or something? No wonder she’s so skinny sometimes, if she’s taking Adderall!
Unfortunately Adderall is probably what she is addicted to and has a problem with. She should be reevaluated by another doctor to confirm that she needs it, because, adderall can do far worse harm than alcohol in my opinion when taken without need.
This is like a vacation from work. Once that monitor comes off and her UA’s are gone, she will jump right back on the party train!
What’s the point of it being a random drug test if she gets to find out the night before? That’s just stupid. I don’t believe for a minute that she needs to be prescribed Adderall. She’s probably been abusing that for years. This whole situation is a joke.
I can’t say for Lindsey, but when I do not take my adderall I am a crazy hot mess, I can’t keep anything straight, I drink more, and in general am less in control of my own behavior. Maybe her problem was that she was NOT on it. And it is very hard so sleep with adderall, so a sleeping pill can help with that.
I think it’s wrong to make judgments on Lindsay’s okayed prescription drugs… If she is truly prescribed these medications, she should be allowed to take them without scrutiny. — The only thing I could say is many someone should monitor that she is taking the prescribed dosages, but c’mon, give the girl a f*cking break… who are you to make a judgment on that?
I say if this scram thing keeps her wearing pants we keep it on permanently.
I don’t understand the big deal about Adderall. I had no issues when I was on it nor did I have trouble getting off of it. (I only left it because of other issues causing me not to be able to take drugs from that entire class of meds.) Reactions to medications are different for everyone. Having a diagnosis like mine, requires me to be on a few meds that I bet would bring any celebrity under scrutiny by the public. I’m not abusing any one of them, but I’m sure that if I were someone on the Hollywood scene people would assume the worst. While Lindsay is a hot mess, we can’t judge the meds unless we know the circumstances. Look to the obvious issues first, the drinking and the drugs. There are underlying issues there as well and none of us could possibly know what those are or what’s causing them. I guarantee they started long before the prescription to Adderall.
I need to clarify my statement above. I didn’t have to go off that class of drugs for any addiction issues or anything like that. It was a physical health problem.
Adderall is the best. I wish I had a steady stream…

if you are warned of a drug test the day before it is still random as the test will detect drugs which have entered your system more than 1 day before. So yes, it is random.
