Last month we learned that after a few delays, Whitney Houston successfully kicked off the European leg of her Nothing But Love World Tour. Today we check in with our dear Whitney and learn that this week we brought her show to Germany. Here are photos from Whitney‘s concert stop Wednesday night at Konig Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany:

I bet some of y’all had forgotten that Whitney is on tour. I had not … and I’m thrilled to see that she is still truckin’ along, bringing her show to sold out audiences around the world. I understand this particular show in Oberhausen was quite a hit … Whitney was treated to more than one standing ovation. I can’t be entirely sure but it sounds like Whit Whit may have finally hit her stride. There still have been no official announcements about Whitney bringing her Nothing But Love World Tour to the US (just yet) but I’m hopeful we’ll get to see her live on stage here at home sometime this year. Keep doing your thang, Whitney!

Here is an absolutely adorable photo of Britney Spears‘s young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James all dressed up and ready to embark on a brand new day. I believe the boys were on their way to preschool when this photo was taken but by judging the way the little dudes were dressed, you’d think they were on their way to work:

I love how their little lunch boxes look like briefcases. It’s just insane to me how grown up Sean P. looks. He’s no longer a baby boy, he’s a little kid … when the hell did that happen? Ugh … they’re just both so cute. This has to be my fave pic of the brothers ever, even if they look like little men rather than little boys.

Yesterday afternoon we learned that Lindsay Lohan paid her first visit to the probation officer overseeing her compliance with a new ruling that places new restrictions on her (including the requirement to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and the submission to random drug testing) and today we learn what L. Lo did just after she met with her probation officer … why, she went shopping, of course. Lindsay made a bee-line to the Fred Segal boutique in West Hollywood, CA. You will note that she tried to keep her SCRAM ankle bracelet hidden by opting to wearing baggy bell-bottom jeans … so I just added a little graphic to show y’all what Lindsay was trying to hide underneath her baggy jeans:

But, it turns out, Lindsay isn’t necessarily all that interested in keeping her SCRAM bracelet under-wraps. Last night on Twitter, Lindsay posted a plea to the Chanel fashion house asking for someone there to help her glam up her SCRAM bracelet so that she can show it off while wearing “cute dresses”:

can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that i can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!? x

I don’t know that Chanel would necessarily want to be associated with alcohol-monitoring technology but, well, L. Lo usually tends to get what she wants. So if she is able to get her hands on some Chanel stickers so she can decorate her SCRAM bracelet, this is what it might look like:

Well, at least Lindsay‘s got her priorities straight … if she’s going to have to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet to ensure her compliance with a court order to refrain from drinking alcohol because she cannot be trusted to do so without the aid of sophisticated technology strapped to her ankle, at least she’s gonna try and make said sophisticated technology look pretty. Isn’t that what’s really important?

Sad news to pass along today, y’all … actor Gary Coleman, who starred in the 80′s sitcom Diff’rent Strokes but very likely is more well known these days for all of his sad legal woes, suffered a fall this week in his Utah home that injured him so severely that he had to be immediately hospitalized. As doctors monitored his condition, Coleman began to slip in and out of consciousness … and then things go worse. According to reports this morning, Gary Coleman has been admitted to the intensive care unit and is on life support!

Gary Coleman desperately needs your “thoughts and prayers.” The former Diff’rent Strokes star, hospitalized after a fall earlier this week, is now on life support with a brain hemorrhage, according to his manager. Coleman, 42, suffered the injury in his Utah home on Wednesday and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, manager John Alcantar said in a statement Friday. Coleman was then transferred to the ICU at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center for further tests and treatment. And there, things took a bad turn. “As of mid-morning on May 27, Mr. Coleman was conscious and lucid,” said Alcantar. “By early afternoon, Mr. Coleman was slipping in and out of consciousness and his condition worsened. “We are saddened to announce that since mid-afternoon, Mountain Time, on May 27, 2010, Mr. Coleman has been unconscious and on life support.” In a sad coda to his statement, Alcantar says that despite Coleman’s recent history of health problems and personal issues, “he always has had fond memories of being an entertainer and appreciates his fans for all their support over the years. “At this critical moment, we can only ask for your thoughts and prayers for Gary to make a speedy and full recovery.”

This is just heartbreaking news. Gary Coleman‘s life has been rife with tragedy after tragedy in recent years and this fall just seems the cruelest tragedy of all. Thru all of his legal woes, I’ve felt so much sympathy for the actor who brought so much laughter and entertainment in his youth.
