Our dear Britney Spears was out on the town shopping up a storm again this week, surfacing in Beverly Hills, CA wearing one of her fave outfits — tight top, ripped jeans and UGGs boots. Midway thru her shopping excursion, Britney decided to change outfits completely and finish the day in a much cuter white dress ensemble. For both outfits, tho, Brit Brit was rockin’ her fave new accessory … eye glasses. Check it out:

Completely changing outfits is nothing new for Britney … in fact, she did the exact same thing on a shopping trip a couple of weeks ago. I guess homegirl likes to keep things fresh :) I can’t say I’m opposed to this behavior … the UGGs outfits are just not a good look for her. AND I’m still loving the glasses. That’s my girl.

I am very excited for tonight … firstly, Josh and I are going to an 8PM showing of Clash of the Titans … and while the reviews have been pretty bad all around for the film, I’m still excited to see it. I’m hoping against hope that the reviews are wrong … or something. I’m such a fan of the original film and I really enjoy 3D films and, well … I just want it to be good!

But that’s not the best part of tonight … my girl Laura Bell Bundy, who starred on Broadway as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde: The Musical, is performing at The Abbey in West Hollywood, CA tonight!

Her new album Achin’ & Shakin’ comes out in a couple of weeks and to promote it, she is performing at The Abbey tonight and at Cherry Pop on Saturday night:

Unfortch, I leave for Connecticut tomorrow so I won’t be able to make the Saturday show but I’m gonna try to get my buns down to The Abbey to see her tonight … I should be able to make a cameo to see my girl. If you’re in the area, you MUST check her out at one of these shows. She is just the best … I love her entirely!!

Yesterday we got our first look at the cast of Glee (well, most of the cast of Glee) on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine … today, we get to see a couple photos that are featured inside this issue of RS. While I think Chris should’ve been included on the cover (as well as Mark Salling, hello?!), I’m glad to see that he is featured in the Glee photospread. Jennifer Aniston, whose latest film The Bounty Hunter is currently bombing at the box office, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of British Harper’s Bazzar magazine. In her coverstory interview, Jen talks about topics as varied as girl power and botox … and lots of stuff in between. Dita Von Teese, the reigning queen of burlesque, has returned to Las Vegas to begin a new residency in Sin City at MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris nightclub. Last night, Dita put on her debut performance for this new residency and managed to class up the joint a bit in the process. MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris is pleased to announce the return of burlesque artist and fashion icon Dita Von Teese to the famed Las Vegas cabaret stage after a sold-out engagement in April 2007. The first guest star of the famous cabaret, Von Teese will feature her new performance numbers that she developed especially for the Crazy Horse stage for her sold-out performances in Paris in early 2009. You may find this hard to believe but I am a huge fan of Dita Von Teese and her burlesque shows. I was lucky enough to see her perform in NYC a couple years ago (back when she was still with Marilyn Manson, actually, who was also at the show) and I was totally enraptured by her performance. Her show’s are sexy … not skeezy. Dita‘s performances are not X-rated … they are just … beautiful. After the jump, check out a few more photos from last night’s performance. On Tuesday we got to see photos from the London premiere of Clash of the Titans and today we get to see photos from the Hollywood premiere, which was held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre here in SoCal last night. As I suspected, there were more celebs at the Hollywood premiere of the film than there were at the London premiere … but not many more. I was very happy to see that Alyssa Milano (of Who’s the Boss and Charmed fame) was in attendance last night … here are a few photos from the red carpet arrivals:

Alyssa has a new series debuting on ABC this month … she will star in Romantically Challenged, her first network TV series since she ended her run as Phoebe Halliwell on Charmed back in 2006. It will be amazing to have her back on TV again … her show premieres on April 12. But, I’m digressing … and I’m starting to worry, y’all. I’ve heard nothing but TERRIBLE things about Clash of the Titans in 3D. The reviews for the 3D version of the film are pretty scathing. Because the film was NOT filmed in 3D, the effects were added in post-production … the result, if the reviews are to believed, is not good. I’m seeing the movie tonight with my friend Josh at an early 8PM screening … I’m really excited to see the film but am worried it will disappoint. I’ll be sure to let y’all know what I think … for now, I’m keeping my fingers and toes crossed that Titans will be better than the reviews claim it to be. We shall see.

A couple of weeks ago we got to check out a few inventive promo photos from the new Ellus Leather Denim campaign that features Madonna‘s much younger toyboy/model Jesus Luz in BOLD 3D. Today, we get to see a few more photos of Jesus (and his campaign companion Cinita Dicker) in the new Ellus campaign … but these photos are in standard 2D … behold:

This is how JESUS LUZ earns his crust when he’s not on toyboy duty with girlfriend MADONNA. With a high-heeled female foot keeping him pinned to the grass, the Brazilian model poses topless to promote Ellus Jeans. Elsewhere, the chiselled chap nails his best smouldering stare as he forages about front-down in the vegetation. He also gets to grips with a semi-naked young beauty in a couple of snaps that risk aggravating the green-eyed monster in 51-year-old Madge.

Hahahaha … yeah, I doubt that Madonna is losing sleep over stuff like this. I understand that Madonna & Child are in the UK right now chillin’ together and were seen out on the town last night. As for this campaign … I really like it. I much prefer the more fun 3D photos we saw previously but these are hot too (and these photos are much better than the photos that feature him lookin’ all horny). You can totally see why Maddy is reluctant to cut this one loose.

Great news Precious fans … E! News‘s Marc Malkin is reporting that Academy Award-nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe has been tapped to host an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live. Altho there are already a few weekends booked with hosts (not the least of which is Betty White on May 8), Malkin reports that Gabby has just signed on to host an SNL of her own!

Gabourey Sidibe is doing just fine, thank you very much! … Ms. Sidibe is going to be hosting an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live! “It literally just happened,” my source said of the deal. No word on an exact date yet. Jennifer Lopez hosts this Saturday, followed by Tina Fey and Ryan Phillippe. And as most of us already know, Betty White gets the honors on May 8. SNL is not—we repeat, not—the only gig Sidibe has scored since her feature film debut. She has a recurring role on Showtime’s upcoming The Big C, about a teacher (Laura Linney) living with cancer. Sidibe plays one of her sassy students. The series, which is set to premiere in August, also costars Oliver Platt. Sidibe also made a hilarious post-Oscar appearance on E!’s very own show The Soup.

Love this!! It will be utterly fantastic to see Gabby in a funny way rather than a serious way. She did such a great job in Precious, I’m dying to see her showing off her comedic chops. I have a feeling she will be an amazing host on SNL (let’s just hope the writers give her some good material to work with). I’m exited for this ep … are you?

Sandra Bullock, who has been totally M.I.A. since the cheating scandal involving her husband Jesse James came to light, finally ventured out of her home in the Hollywood Hills to make her way out into the real world again. As you may recall, Sandra has canceled all public appearances in the past couple of weeks (starting with a scheduled appearance at the UK premiere of the film The Blind Side) and hasn’t once showed her face. Last night, she did go out in public … but she also managed to still NOT show her face:

Sandra Bullock braved a rare outing on Wednesday night- her first since the news of her husband Jesse James’ alleged infidelities hit the press. The actress, who has been laying low for the past two weeks, ducked out of her Hollywood Hills home flanked by security. “She looked dressed up, it was hard to tell but she looked pretty, as always,” an eyewitness said. “She had on makeup and a big blue hat. She was in the back of a big Mercedes.” As paparazzi vied for a clear shot, the security team shielded her from prying eyes with the help of umbrellas. Bullock was then whisked away to a Holmby Hills belonging to Gabriel Brener, chairman and CEO of Brener International Group, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in real estate, acquisitions and consolidations. It is based in Beverly Hills, Calif. After a brief visit Bullock left Brener’s home and returned to her Hollywood Hills pad … As of Tuesday, James has been holed up in sex rehab at the Sierra Tucson retreat in Arizona. RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that he is expected to be there for at least forty five days.

Ugh … I bet it felt good for Sandra to get out of the house again, even if for a little while … and even if under so much scrutiny. There have been many rumors going around regarding whether or not she will actually file for divorce from James … I, for one, hope she does. But, it’s a matter that she has to seriously consider and make a decision about on her own. I do not envy her position … but she’s a tough cookie. I know she’ll be fine. I think this first emergence is a sign that she’s finally becoming ready to re-enter the world again. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
