Head’s up, True Blood fans! A very cool new promo pic for the upcoming third season of the show has made its way to Facebook, courtesy of Kristin Bauer (who plays saucy vampire Pam on the show). Here is our first look at the new True Blood promo photo that Bauer shared with her Facebook friends this week:
It’s unclear if this new promo photo is officially part of HBO‘s Waiting Sucks promo campaign but any new promo stuff is welcome, yes? After the jump, check out a closer look at this photo to see what clues it might contain as to what we can expect from True Blood season 3 …
As you can see, there is a wolf behind vampire Eric (played by Alexander Skarsgård) and a python crawling up towards Sookie Stackhouse (played by Anna Paquin). I’m guessing that these animals are huge clues as to what will be featured as the drama continues to unfold in True Blood season 3. This promo photo is really fantastic, I think it’s my fave of the bunch. I hope we get to see more promo stuff like this in the coming weeks.

Jason and Lafayette are also looking at each other skeptically. Maybe they have some sort of fight/hate going on in the season?

More so then the hate Jason has due to him dancing for Lafayette in his undie-roos in exchange for V. Though we all didn’t hate that one bit!

The books are amazing. Finally caught up to the last one. New one comes out next month. They are really quick reads Trent. Highly recommend them. :D
I love the books and the show. I but kind of like the books better then the show. I think that is becasue I read them before it started so i had different expectation.
I’m not a fan. It looks like a cross between Harry Potter and Twilight. Eh.
The books are great! The show is too but if you have read the books you really have to remove yourself from the story you know. Of course it is quite easy to do when you can just forget about the plot and stare at Alexander Skarsgård & the other hotties on the TV show!

@Katie – I completely agree. I love the books and although I think they are a little better, the television shows stands on its own really well and keeps me coming back each week because they changed it up enough. (i.e. – Lafayette; I love what they’ve done with his character in the show!)
Can’t wait for new season and new book!! Nah Lafayette is looking at Eric. Also disagree this in not like Twilight or HP the books for this show have been out before.
