Twilight star Taylor Lautner, who is currently France doing promo work for the Twilight films, went on a special date yesterday with a very lucky fan. Lautner was the grand prize for a contest in France where the winner was able to enjoy an afternoon date on the Seine river with him. I’m not certain if the lady next to him in the last pic is his fan date or not but I’m certain whoever she is, she had a great time floating down the romantic River Seine with the object of her affection. This sounds like an amazing contest … one that should NEVER be offered here in the US because I fear for poor Tay Tay‘s safety. He’s a good sport tho … what a nice guy.

LOL btw, the lady wasn’t his date. It was this girl named Jennifer, which had no private time with him at all. He was swarmed by his entourage and his father. They barely had time to sit and have a one on one. I don’t call that a date, but a gathering. I don’t know why they didn’t let them talk privately cuz the language barrier wasn’t a problem (she spoke English also). Whatever the case, she’s a lucky girl to at least be in his presence without a barricade LOL.
Bateau ! Yeahhh.. ain’t none of us Americans are civilized enough to refrain from attacking him, probably..
