On Thursday we got our first look at the first promo trailer for the upcoming sequel film The Twilight Saga: Eclipse but Pink reader Amanda pointed me to a different video that is much more exciting and gives us a much better feel for the next installment of The Twilight Saga. I understand that this behind the scenes, on set video is included on the DVD release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon (which will be released on March 20, you can pre-order it HERE). I’m fairly certain that the most rabid of Twihards already have this DVD in their possession and are prolly well aware of this video. But, for the rest of us mere mortals who have to wait for the DVD’s release and who have yet to see it (and/or for those of you who simply can’t get enough), you can check out the full length 2-minute sneak peek video after the jump …

Here are a few super adorable photos of Britney Spears‘s young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, chillin’ in their car as they holla at the honeys walkin’ by here in SoCal this weekend. As you can plainly see, the boys have started their lady mackin’ at a very young age:

I understand the boys sent their bodyguards inside for ice cream while they put the mack on the ladies passing by. Ugh … you just know they learned this behavior from their father. Damnit … they’re still cute, tho ;)

Nothing big to report from yesterday. I spent much of the afternoon tooling around Silver Lake doing a bit of shopping … not really buying anything … but it was fun to look. The weather today is just gorgeous … so much so that David and I are planning a visit to the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden to enjoy the beauty of Nature. While Spring doesn’t “officially” arrive until next weekend, I am happy to report that Spring done sprung a few weeks ago … and it’s glorious!

Last night the 21st annual GLAAD Media Awards were handed out at the New York Marriott Marquis in NYC, NY in a ceremony that “recognizes and honors media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the issues that affect their lives”. ABC, Lifetime, The View‘s Joy Behar and Sex and the City‘s Cynthia Nixon were among the honored last night with GLAAD Media Awards. Here are a few photos from the red carpet arrivals and some deets about the ceremony itself:

Joy Behar, Cynthia Nixon and the ABC drama series “Brothers & Sisters” are among this year’s recipients of media awards from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. Presented Saturday in New York, winners of the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards also include the NBC sitcom “Parks and Recreation,” MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show,” the Lifetime network film “Prayers for Bobby” and a report on CNN’s “American Morning” program called “Why Will Won’t Pledge Allegiance.” The ABC daytime drama “One Life to Live” and an episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” were also recognized, as were the Spanish-language networks Univision and Telemundo. Among winners in nonelectronic media, The New York Times was awarded for overall outstanding newspaper coverage, and Detective Comics was named outstanding comic book. “Sex and the City” star Nixon was honored with the Vito Russo Award, which is named after a founding member of GLAAD and is presented to a gay media professional who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for the gay community. Behar, a co-host of ABC’s “The View,” received the Excellence in Media Award. The GLAAD Media Awards salute fair, accurate and inclusive representation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives in the media. The remainder of this year’s awards — chosen from a total of 152 nominees in 32 categories — will be presented at ceremonies held in Los Angeles and San Francisco in April and June, respectively.

A new batch of outtake photos of Britney Spears shot by photographer Mark Liddell have made their way to the Internets … but it turns out that these outtakes are from last year’s Candie’s Spring ad campaign. We know that Annie Leibovitz, Terry Richardson and Mark Seliger have photos featured in their new Through the Lens campaign but last year’s campaign was all about Mark Liddell:

It’s a shame that Liddell wasn’t brought back again for this year’s campaign … I really love this cotton candy pic … but I guess it makes sense not to employ too many photograhers. You may recall that we previously saw a batch of outtake photos of our dear Britney shot by Mark Liddell to promote her Circus album. He is a very talented photographer, I hope he continues to shoot photos of Britney. After the jump, check out a few more outtake photos from this particular photoshoot …

Earlier this week we learned that Madonna is launching her own fashion line called MG Icon and that the first offering from this new line will be a juniors collection called Material Girl. But today, we get our first look at new promo photos of Madonna modeling a new line of designer sunglasses that were created in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana. I understand the sunglasses are called MDG (ie. Madonna + Dolce + Gabbana … and/or perhaps MaDGe) and this is what they look like:

It is being reported that this new line of sunglasses will be made available “soon” and will continue to be made available into 2011. What is not clear is whether or not this new line of shades has anything to do with Maddy‘s new MG Icon fashion line. Whatever the case may be, I would certainly hope the glasses will be a bit more fashionable than the sunglasses Madonna designed for H&M a few years ago. While those glasses were cool (for $30 glasses), I would expect glasses designed by D&G to be of better quality (because you know they will come with a hefty price tag). Whether or not this sunglasses line has anything to do with Maddy‘s new fashion line, it’s plainly obvious that she is moving boldly into the world of Fashion. Do you think you can handle it?

Late last month we learned that model and Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi gave birth to her first child … a daughter she beautifully named Krishna Thea. Today, courtesy of People magazine, we get our first look at the precious little darling out in the world with her doting mother watching over her. Say hello to little Miss Krishna:

Meet baby Krishna! Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi just gave birth to her daughter on Feb. 20 – and already mother and daughter are hitting the town. On Thursday, the two were photographed on a New York bench. Next stop, Le Bernardin? Lakshmi, 39, has not identified her 3-week-old daughter’s father. But a friend of the TV host told PEOPLE just before Krishna’s birth that Lakshmi was ready for motherhood. “Padma is very happy. She’s wanted to be a mom for a long time. She was very relieved and happy when she got pregnant.”

Awww … aren’t these two just the cutest thing ever? I’m actually very surprised that Padma would be venturing out and about with her baby girl so soon after her birth. Padma strikes me as a very private person (who won’t even disclose the identity of her babydaddy) so I would think she’d take great pains to keep her little one under-wraps for as long as possible. Still, I’m happy that we get this first look at Krishna … her mother is such a beauty, I can only imagine how beautiful this little girl will grow to be. Welcome to the world, Krishna! I hope you enjoy a very long and very happy life :)

Last night (as we learned earlier in the week) actor Jude Law played guest host on Saturday Night Live for the second time in his storied career. As you may recall (but most likely will NOT), Jude hosted a few years ago when Ashlee Simpson was the musical guest. On that fateful episode, the only thing the world will ever remember is Ashlee‘s horrible lip syncing faux pas and not Jude‘s hosting performance. I’m happy to inform y’all that no such controversy took place during last night’s episode … if Jude‘s performance was forgettable it’s no one’s fault but his own. Here are some of Jude‘s SNL promo photos as featured on the show last night:

I’m afraid that none of the skits were very memorable at all … it seemed like a pretty tame ep overall. The only time I really laughed was during the Weekend Update (and I did enjoy the Prius commercial). But Jude gave it his best shot — and even let the SNL players make mention of the lovechild he fathered with Samantha Burke (anything for a laugh, eh Jude?). Last night’s ep also featured a Digital Short by Andy Samberg with special guest Julian Casablancas from The Strokes.
