Taylor Swift‘s string of awards show wins continued unfettered last night as she managed to pick up 4 Grammy Awards at the big show here in Los Angeles, CA. Swift didn’t win just any 4 awards, she managed to walk away with Best Country Vocal (for White Horse), Best Country Song (for White Horse), Best Country Album (for Fearless) and the BIGGEST award of the night — Album of the Year (for Fearless). Swift‘s win of Album of the Year makes her the youngest artist to win this award in Grammy history!
Taylor Swift won the biggest Grammy of the night, album of the year for her CD “Fearless.” “This is the story we’re going to be telling over and over again, that we got to win album of the year in 2010,” Swift said. Swift also won best country album. She won four Grammys overall.
Yeah, people are really lovin’ on the Swift these days. She surprised everyone (including Kanye West) by beating out Beyoncé at the MTV Video Music Awards last September (tho, Beyoncé ended up winning more Grammy Awards than Swift last night, setting her own record … which we’ll get to presently) and has been on an awards show roll ever since. She’s been cleaning up wherever she goes … and last night was no exception. She’s really sweet, very unassuming and extremely talented … you can’t help but like her cuteness. I think congratulations are in order … whether or not you hold the Grammy Awards in high regard, there is no question that Taylor Swift has managed to charm the pants off of a whole lot of people with her music. I can’t help but wish her every success in the world.

i know there are a lot of people who don’t like taylor swift’s vocal. and even tho, i like her and her music… i admit that she is not the over all best vocalist in the music industry today… but people still got to admit that she still have this good voice…not the best, but still a good voice. and have catchy songs. how many people can actually write good songs? not alot.
if some people search on youtube and look at her acoustic performances… somehow you will still like her voice. i didn’t really like her performance with stevie nicks at the grammy’s. that would probably have it for the non-fans to bash her. and keep dissing her about not deserving the album of the year.
she deserved the awards she’s getting. it might not have high vocals like beyonce or lady gaga but it does deserve a recognition for the good writing skills and catchy tunes.
and as for people that keep saying, she’s nothing without kanye… uhm, get your timeline right… before the vma incident. her albums/single already been doing well. already had number one singles. it was just affortunate that kanye jumped in.
Beyonce should have won album of the year – for REAL!
oh please! not everything about TAYLor revolves around kanye West and the VMA’s! get over that already! out of all the awards she was nominated for i think BEST ALBUm is the one she really deserves. and she has raked up and sold most albums even before the whole kanye west debacle.
she’s npt the best vocalist which was pretty much evident on her grammy show perfromance but if you would take the time to listen to her other performances you might learn to appreciate her, and her MUSIC that she actually wrote herself and the AlbuM that she herself Produced.
she deserved it. and she’s got the GRAMMY for it already.

I just don’t get all the hoopla surrounding Taylor Swift. Sure, she’s cute, and she isn’t trashy. A+ for that, but that doesn’t make her talented.
She can’t sing, at all, and her songs are elementary school rhymes at best.
Girl, you’re 20, you’re NOT FIFTEEN OR IN HIGHSCHOOL ANYMORE. Holy hell if I have to hear ONE more song, crappily sang with a buttload of auto tune (the photoshop of music) about her roaming the halls of a damn highschool i’ll tear my freaking hair out.
Oh, and the Grammy’s lost all credibility when they decided to give one to Avril Lavigne.
Got enough money, or the record industry wants to give you a little push to line their pockets with cash- and you now can be the proud owner of a Grammy award!
Even if Kanye wouldn’t have dont that shit at the VMA’s Taylor still would have won Album of the Year. That’s in the past, people. Get over it. She deserves everything she wins.
