There is no question that the actual Super Bowl game is the highlight of Super Bowl Sunday but coming in a close second is the collection of commercials that air during the Super Bowl, to the delight of fans and non-sports fans alike. There were a lot of great commercials that aired during yesterday’s game which, I think, are worth a second look … here are some of my faves:

The Taco Bell/Charles Barkley ad has to be THE WORST ad of the bunch but … awww, that Google ad … it’s short, simple, sweet … perfect! What did y’all think of the Super Bowl ads during last night’s game … which were your faves? Did I miss any that are worthy of inclusion in this list?

I gotta say my favorite commercials were for Denny’s Grand Slams. I can’t stop LOLing every time I see them.

The Budwiser horse/bull was about my favorite.

The Dockers ad made me smile … “I Wear No Pants” is a nonsense song by The Poxy Boggards … SoCal guys who do ridiculously fun (and dirty) songs at the Renn Faire among other places. FANTASTIC guys … so glad to see them getting recognition!!

I always love the Budweiser Clydesdale ads..They’re such beautiful horses! I think you picked the best of the bunch! And after everyone was so up in arms over the Tebow ad, it turned out to be nothing controversial at all!

I love the eTrade baby ads. The milkaholic and the bachelor party ones! LMAO!!!! I haven’t seen those mentioned anywhere.

While I agree that the Taco Bell commercial was pretty bad, I think the Google ad was the worst of the bunch. I hated it.

Slap ad was pretty funny, and the Google one was great. Very cute.

I didn’t see all of those commercials, I wish I would have seen the Snickers one and the Google one.
I really liked the Slap Add the best!

Betty White Snickers add, Google and the add for David Lettermen with Oprah and Jat Leno were my favs.

I love everything with Betty White, so of course the Snickers commercial. But I really loved the Bridgestone Killer Whale one, with the line “Now that was a bachelor party!” Also really liked the Boost Mobile Shuffle, Audi’s Green car and the Lost parody. I thought there were actually a lot of good commercials this year compared to the last few years.

My favorites were Betty White (of course), Letterman/Oprah/Leno, the Bud Horse w/ cow, Chevy Chase and all the Bud ads!

THE BEST was Dave Letterman, Jay Leno and Oprah. Biggest Shocker, Biggest Surprise and Biggest LOL! It was classic…. super awesome and smart. Dave is a very smart and funny man for coming up with the idea.

The Doritos slap ad and the Clydesdale horse and the bull were my favorites. I look forward to the Clydesdale ads every year…they are such beautiful horses!

I didn’t watch the superbowl so I have only seen the ones you have linked here, but I also think the Doritos ones were the best bunch, and the Slap one is my favorite I think :)
