Paris Hilton, the globe-trotting socialite/heiress/ambassador for the United States of America to the many countries of the world she frequents on a usual basis, did her country proud in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this weekend at an event to promote a Brazilian beer named Devassa. The heiress became the centre of attention as she let her hair down while on holiday in Rio de Janeiro this weekend. Paris, who turns 29 on Wednesday, showed off her dance moves as she promoted a new Brazilian beer called Devassa, which is a slang word for sexy in Portuguese. And she certainly proved she could live up to the name as she sexily strutted her stuff at a nightclub last night in a see-through purple dress. Not that any of the male onlookers seemed to mind, and thankfully, neither did her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt who kept his embarrassment in check as he stood back and give her the limelight. At one point, she got down on all fours and stuck her bottom in the air as she posed for the cameras, and was all smiles as Doug joined her clutching a can of the beer. She then grabbed a microphone and paraded onto the nightclub’s stage to greet the crowd and give them a show of her dancing.

Blech … I find it very hard to believe that anyone would find any of this sexy. I feel kinda bad for the makers of Devessa because nothing is more unappealing than Paris Hilton thrusting her thong into the air … then again, the beer company gets what it deserves for signing on to work with Hilton in the first place. Blah … these photos are so upsetting … that wonky eye is going to haunt my dreams for the rest of the week now :(
