Did you know that Kellan Lutz likes to read? It’s true. Did you also know that Kellan Lutz likes to read … in trees? That is also true. On Friday, Kellan paid a visit to a park in Van Nuys, CA and found himself a nice tree to climb up in so he could read a book … behold:
I’m actually more surprised with the book part of these photos than with the tree part. These photos remind me of the late Michael Jackson‘s fondness for hanging out in trees while writing songs. While any photo with Kellan in it is nice, I have to say that I prefer the ones with his dogs.
He seems to be like an attention whore with the paps. It’s all fine, though. Cute photos. : )
Just because he ACTS dumb as a box of rocks doesn’t mean he IS…*tilts head to try and see what he’s reading*
@Chase: I have to disagree with the “attention whore” thing. I think a lot of celebs like to do normal things but the paps seem to always follow them around anyways. It has to suck to be watched no matter what you do. I DO have to agree with the “cute photos” part though :)
I do wonder what he is reading. Clifford the Big Red Dog, perhaps?

Oh my gosh, why would he stage this? That doesn’t even make sense. Of course Paris Hilton had to pretend, look at her! I think he is a really sweet guy just trying to be normal. In all his pictures, he is just being an average guy living his life. I honestly dont think he sits back and thinks about what he can do to look better when the paps take his picture.

Are we really stereotyping here? Grow up. The way some people talk about complete strangers amazes me. Admittedly we are on a gossip website but I’m not sure thats an excuse, just as I’m not sure a guy reading a book warrents such criticisms. Yes he generally books the role of a dumb jock and obviously he needs to spend time bulking up for the roles he books hence the pictures of him usually working out/walking his dog. Finally there is a photo of him showing another part of his personality and he gets clifford the big red dog jokes. ‘I’m more surprised about the book in his hand then him being in a tree’ …..Seriously?
I just don’t understand – Celebrities are “attention whores” because they get photographed by packs of drooling paps PAID to snap them, right? Maybe some of it is staged… so what?

To those here (& visiting other blog sites) with nasty personalities & very few brain cells, hear this: You’d be bitching if celebrities DIDN’T get their pictures taken – You’d be on every blog site screaming (all caps) of how “stuck up so & so is”, “they OWE us fans shots/autographs”, etc.

I admit to sometimes reading posts left for certain celebs hoping for some change in attitude, if not intelligence, & am mostly disappointed & disgusted at how much worse it gets.

For the nasty so-called human beings out there who’s “names” appear repeatedly on several blogs in certain threads bitching & haranguing, here’s something to think about – If celebrities ARE “attention whores” for getting their pictures taken… what does that make YOU? Celeb whores, maybe?

@JENNY…In the park here in Nashville TN (Centennial Park) there is a huge tree that is perfect for reading..especially when it’s blazing hot, it provides some shade–Many normal people like to read in that tree…it’s kind of what it’s known for…
