Academy Award-winning American Idol reject Jennifer Hudson has been chosen as the latest celeb to don the milk’stache for the latest promos for Got Milk? ad campaign. Here is one of J. Hud newly released milk’stache photos for the ad campaign:

The Taste of Fame — Center stage, silver screen, joyful new mom. How do I keep this show on the road? Milk. Its wholesome goodness helps make my family strong at every stage. Talk about a powerful performance. Got Milk?
I love me some J. Hud but this outfit? No. I dunno why she needs to wear one of Liberace‘s old bath robes … it’s not a good look on her. After the jump, check out Jennifer Hudson‘s other Got Milk? promo ad which, IMHO, looks a bit better than this one …

My Goodness — A lot has changed since I first hit the stage. Now I’m a news mom with an audience of one. And who’s the star of my show? Milk. It’s the elixir that builds strong families. Talk about a powerful performance. Got Milk?
This photo is MUCH better … I think the jacket works better with the collar down, don’t you? Yes. In other J. Hud news, it is being reported that her sophomore album will be released in May and her next film Winnie, will be a biopic on the life of South African First Lady Winnie Mandela. Bizzy times ahead for Jennifer Hudson, I hope she’s drinkin’ a lot of milk to keep her strong and healthy!

The second pic is waaaay better! the top one looks like a mullet! Business in the front…party in the back!!!
hair and face is great but that’s about it.
Got that “helmut head” look in the worst way in the first photo. Here is the girl we know and love in the second.

For a minute, from that first pic, I thought she had recycled that ugly jacket from the Oscars.
talk about making her look older than she is! goodness
the jacket is weird, but its the way her hair looks in the first pic that is truly terrible…
@ Trent: agreed on the jacket! Further evidence that popping ones collar is NOT a good idea. She looks great, really slimmed down actually.
The first pic is awful, but the 2nd one is alright.
question i’ve wondered for years…why does milk need advertising? isn’t it just one of those things…like bread and water that everyone uses? (and don’t get me started on the cotton commericals..)
Maybe all that milk is turning her yellow? Looks ridic
Forget about the dam outfit and the dam wig. The ad is positive and the message has been delivered. Jennifer Hudson is a very beautiful lady if her hair was standing on top of her head. Haters are always going to hate no matter of what. Stop judging every little thing. It is such a jealous cowartly act. Jen is one of the most humble and grounded super stars in the industry. She has the heart of a gaint. Jhud is still classy, and she is a class act.
The Got Milk campaign is to raise awareness on the goodness of milk as they found that many young people were turning to drinks such as Coke, etc. After doing research, they found out that the younger generation found drinking milk to be uncool. Thus, they came up with the Got Milk campaign whereby celebrities are used to endorse this cause – making milk attractive.
Is it REALLY a milk-stache if it’s on her lip, not above her lip?? Just askin.
