The story about the parents who tattoo’d their children disgusts me. While I like tatts..I have one and my husband has quite a few. My three children who are over 21 each have one or two, but I would never let my 10 yo have one…even if she wanted one!
Annise Parker is not the first gay mayor of a major US city, unless Portland isn’t “major” enough. She is the first gay female mayor of a major US city.

haha
loved the Zordon clip
i never saw it before but yeah…..power rangers may have been racist
I hate it when people say “the first gay in politics” or whatever. I mean, I’m sure we have had a gay president. Not publicly gay, of course, but a gay one. Obama is the 44th president of the USA. Out of 44 people serving as president, one of them is bound to be gay but obviously not publicly. Think about it…!
@CHASE — You are correct, the sentence should read first openly gay mayor of a major US city.
Oh wow. NPH or John Barrowman. I couldn’t possibly choose between the two. Well….yes I could. Barrowman. But I adore them both. I love that the poll is getting so much attention.
Oooh I love NPH but will have to go with John Barrowman. I love him in Doctor Who and Torchwood.
John gets passed (or passes) himself around Torchwood like a party favor lol
he’s hard not to love ;-)
Team NPH.
screw Team Edward or Team Jacob
Team NPH or Team John is the way to be :-)
