Not as awkwardly painful to watch
Yesterday we watched a (painful to watch due to extreme awkwardness) short video of Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart participating in a Q&A session after the Sundance Film Festival screening of their film The Runways and today we get to watch another video interview with the ladies. Thankfully, this vid is not as painful to watch … tho, K. Stew still seems a bit jittery in the clip:
This clip was filmed backstage, out of sight of the huge audience … perhaps that had a calming effect on Kristen‘s speech. After the jump, check out the clip and see for yourselves …
I wouldn’t say this was the best interview ever but it is light years easier to sit thru than the clip we saw yesterday. OY!!

I was bracing myself but I feel much more relaxed now. Not as painful.
Dakota Fanning is more mature than me – and I’m 36.
She is such a mess. I don’t care that her character in the movie is kind of a mess, but this is a big event. Dakota looks fine, her character became a mess too, didn’t she? Kstew is disgusting. Take a shower every now and then.
Does Kristen look coked out to anyone else? PS- LOVE Dakota! She is such a put together, eloquent little lady. :)
I can’t believe how well composed Dakota is. Can’t wait to see her in five or so years. Kristen did much better; poor girl, i’m the same way can’t speak in front of an audience to save my life.
im not a huge fan of dakota…but i like how she handles herself. and i mean putting her beside that wreck makes her look even better

E! Channel recently showed an interview with kstew when she was 14 or 16. She seemed completely normal and wasn’t all jittery and awkward.
Yeah well Kristen is definitely high on something…but she’s passionate about the stuff she does, and she seems like a cool enough girl. Dakota is all of a sudden old looking and tall…for some reason I’m thinking Man on Fire came out not even two years ago…wrong on that one.
wow can that girl not at least have a shower before a press event, she looks like a train wreck! Dakota is a pro, she’s so mature for her age! I remember seeing her as a little kid and she had such a mature personality even then.
Dakota is going to be a stunner when she grows up. I mean she’s already beautiful, but she is going to be a real knockout.

Everyone knows that Kristen USE TO smoke pot. That’s why last year she was so calm during Sundance. Kristen nerviness is due to her being completely sober. Idiots.

Is a HOT mess. I don’t know why she gets all the attention she gets. She can’t act and she always looks a mess even when he dresses up. She has got to be on something. I don’t like public speaking either but DAMN I know how to compose myself.
I love all the haters because it means the KStew is doing her job. You can’t be awesome without people trying to tear you down. Kristen if you see this keep up the good work and be yourself! PLEASE don’t be another hollywood clone.

She seems to just have an awful time deciding what words to use… And even though it makes me anxious to watch, I’d still MUCH rather see and hear her speak than that other girl… oh, what’s her name… Heidi? :)
