Last week Courtney Love posted a few photos of a new batch of freshly inked tattoos on her official Twitter profile and today she shares a few more photos with her faithful Twitter followers. It would seem that Courtney got herself a new hair weave sewn into her already messy head of hair and she couldn’t wait to show it off … behold:

LOL! This woman may be a kook who is completely off her rocker but in comparison to a true wackjob like Tila Tequila, she looks almost sane. I admit, it’s hard to weed thru all the crazy that Courtney publishes on her Twitter profile but sometimes it’s worth it just for the pretty pictures.

If she’d put half as much effort as she does into tweeting and ranting on her blog or changing up her physical appearance she might be a good mother to her child.

She’s a wreck who lost custody of her 17 year old daughter. Must have been a pretty bad living situation for a judge to allow her to lose custody of a 17 year old. She’s a freak, a mess, a druggie, and a loser.
