Yesterday we learned that actors Emily Blunt and John Krasinski got themselves married in a very quiet ceremony which took place in Como, Italy over the weekend at the Villa D’este (which kinda sounds like Villa Detest) and today we get to see a couple photos from their nuptials. Here are a couple photos of the bride and groom saying their I Dos to one another in front of family and close friends (which included George Clooney and others):
I know that a great many hearts were broken this weekend as news of these nuptials spread far and wide but I also know that while many ladies are mourning the loss of “what could’ve been” with John Krasinksi, those same ladies are very happy for his happy new life with Emily. A few months ago, I ran into John and Emily at the ArcLight Theater here in Hollywood, CA and they looked so happy and so in love. I am just so thrilled that they’ve gotten themselves hitched! They make a great couple and again, I’d like to send out lots of love and congrats on their new life together.

I am one of those ladies…sad i couldn’t snag him myself, and happy that he’s happy with Emily. I’m just glad it’s not Rashida Jones, it would’ve been like Jim married Karen! Ack!
I love this couple. I stayed at the Villa d’Este a couple of years ago, and I couldn’t imagine a more romantic or beautiful place for a wedding. Well done, Emily and John!
Now please start making the cutest babies ever ! :-)
