Last week we got our first look at Twilight star Kristen Stewart on the cover of the new issue of Flaunt magazine and today we get to check out a couple photos included in her accompanying Flaunt mag phtospread … behold:
These are but 2 photos from 14-page interview that includes 11 photos shot by Yu Tsai. The magazine hits newsstands just in time to get the rabid Twilight fans all riled up (as if they need the riling) for the release of the next installment of The Twilight Saga, Eclipse, on June 30. I think the theme of the spread is high fashion meets trailer park. I actually like these photos … could do without the smoking but overall, this is a good look for our dear K. Stew. I can’t wait to see more.

what is it with the cigarettes? they keep using these in photoshoots – I don’t see how it makes it more sexy to include them in the photos? Anyways, she looks good but needs to change up her face range… it’s always the same glum stare.
She’s not pretty. Yes thats mean, but whatever. She isnt pretty. She’s very awkward, and at times that can be sorta endearing. And i’ve read a few of her interviews and she seems pretty chill and likeable. But in the looks department… She’s actually pretty attractive w/ long blonde hair, even in New Moon she looks decent. Black washes her out. Hair can ruin the whole look, people.

I don’t find her ugly but she somehow manages to look unattractive. She looks far younger than her short 20 years, so the cigarette pic is kinda disturbing.

I’d just love to see more people photograph her without her eyes looking dead. I don’t know if she’s not trying or not into it, but something’s not working here.

I feel bad for this kid. She clearly wants to act and be an actress, but I don’t think she is really interested in being a celebrity. I know they kind of go hand and hand, but a lot of people are able to do one and not spend the majority of their time doing the other.
On the other hand she is making a shit load of money, and has gotten quite a few opportunities that she might not have gotten had she not been in the Twilight franchise. I’m curious as to whether she would have taken the job has she know how huge it was going to blow up.
I know people are going to say how could they not know, but Twilight was in turn around a couple of times before it got greenlit, so I’m not sure anyone knew it was going to explode the way it did until filming actually began.
I really hate her hair. It looks kind of gross. The whole slicked back mullet thing that is supposedly ‘in’ right now is not working.

Well technically, if she wanted to act and not be a celebrity she could have done theatre(sp) type acting, for small areas and such. That way she could still follow her passion, but she wouldn’t be as well known as she is now.
I think, like anyone, she can be pretty. It just depends on what features she chooses to make stand out more. Her hair isn’t that bad, but I do have to say that I am not a fan of the second photo. Not because of the cigarette but just because she seems strange? Her expression and just her person looks off to me. Also, I think they use cigarettes in photos not because they are trying to make the person look ‘sexy’ but because it makes them look more ‘badass’. @jaded, I agree with all. You feel for her in one sense, but on the other hand, there are actors who labor for years for a break, are in their 40s and 50s and doing tv guest spots and auditioning. You know they’d love the ride she’s getting right now. I do feel for her but I cannot get behind the abject misery she gives off given how very lucky she is.
Okay seriously…we get it, Kristen wants to be the poster girl for “I’m too cool for my celebrity”…when this girl can stop scowling she can go count her money….
I think she’s pretty in a natural way, not drop dead gorgous or anything like that.
However I would like to see what’s gonna happen to the twilight kids when the phase dies out. Ulitimity all if them together have no talent what so ever , expect from maybe Wolf boy who would do alright with martial arts stuff.

Panic Room,The Safety of Objects,Cold Creek Manor,The Cake Eaters,In the Land of Women,Into the Wild,and Jumper just to name a few of many. Oh, and Isabelle “sweetie” you really shouldn’t try to talk down to people when you really don’t know what you’re talking about, m’kay?

i think she’s beautiful and her awkwadness is endearing. i love this chick! why do so many people hate on her? i guess it’s jealousy over the fact that she gets to work with/possibly has or is dating the overrated pattinson? if that’s true, it’s pretty sad….
