As cute as Tobey Maguire and Ruby Sweetheart are in their photos, I guess I have to also admit that Tom Cruise posing with his robot daughter Suri Holmes-Cruise is a pretty adorable sight as well. Wifey Katie Holmes and Suri made their way to Seville, Spain where Tom is hard at work on his film Knight and Day (previously titled Wichita) so that the happy family could be whole again:
Katie sure looks blissfully happy in that first photo, don’t she? Yeah. The whole family have been lookin’ really happy every time they step out together, which is a good thing … and goes a long way to calming my suspicious heart. Let’s just assume, for now, that everything is perfect in TomKat‘s world no matter how cleverly orchestrated it may appear ;)

Poor Suri is going to have bunions by the time she is 7. I wonder why they insist on putting her little growing feet in heels.

I hope her feet don’t get deformed from that! Can you imagine having bunions at 12 years old?
i bet Suri’s a funny little kiddo… if you disobeyed her she would stomp her feet and scream things like “I’m a Princess!” and then we’d all laugh.

Does Suri ever just run around in jeans and a t or get dirty? … that outfit is ridiculous. They’re trying way too hard – a sure sign something is not right.
it should be considered child abuse making your kid wear heels. I read somewhere that their Scientology cult says to treat kids like adults and dress them as so.
Sevilla, Spain is known for flamenco dancing – it looks like Suri’s just playing dress up as a little flamenco dancer, which I think is cute.
But where are Tom’s other kids?! It drives me nuts the way you see pics of Tom and Katy w/ Suri and Nicole and her new husband and baby together and people say all this stuff about their happy families but what about the other kids!?!?!?
I don’t think they are making Suri do anything. It look more like Suri wants to wear these shoes and dresses.
Also, they are in Seville where there are probably lots of shops selling the flamenco dresses + shoes and she probably asked for them.
And what if Suri wants to wear high heels? They should be able to say no! Sometimes it’s ok, but she is wearing them constantly. And poor Suri looks like too old for her age.
Suri is in heels most of the time. When Suri is walking the streets of NY with Katie, she has heels on. This wasn’t just a one time thing because they are in Spain. She must have a closet full of them. I know a few weeks ago Katie was trying to defend herself for allowing Suri to wears heels so young. At some point you have to be the parent and tell your kids NO.
IMO, it doesn’t matter if Suri asked to wear them or not. The parents are the ones that control what she wears.
Does she ever play with other children her age?
