The Heist, The Rock Show
Last night David and I met up with our homies Dino and Josh Z. for a movie date … we all made our way to the AMC Theater in Century City to see Armored:
Now, it should come as no surprise that Armored will not be picking up any awards come Oscar time but it is, in my humble estimation, a fun popcorn movie that is entertaining and engaging. The cast (which includes Matt Dillon, Laurence Fishburne, Milo Ventimiglia and more) is pretty damn solid … and while there are a few plot holes in the story (big enough to drive an armored truck thru, to be honest), I just went with it and had a good time. It’s a fun flick, I think you may like it too :)
After the movie, we met up with Josh’s lady Emma and we made our way to Molly Malones to see my dear friend Kay Hanley play a live show. After the jump, check out some of the fun photos we snapped last night …
Kay rocked the house … we all had a blast. We met up with our other friends Angie, Justine, Gary, etc. and had a really fantastic time. The Guinness was flowin’ like crazy … good times, good times. Last night was a total blast … due in large part to our fun group of amazing friends.
I’m not sure what is on tap for today but it’s cloudy out so we might make it a lazy day. I have a hankerin’ for cheese fries so I’m gonna see about getting David to accompany me to the Outback ;) Wish me luck!!

i have some seeeerrrious crushage on columbus short. ever since stomp the yard. oooh yes. love him. thought the movie might suck from the trailer, but since you recommend, i may just go ahead and watch this one.
