The Cast Of MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore’ Invades Hollywood
Last night a few castmembers of the new hit MTV reality TV series Jersey Shore invaded Hollywood after they made an appearance at the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards. Jenni Jwoww Farley, Nicole Snooki Polizzi (who is most famous for getting punched in the face on the show), Paul Pauly D Delvecchio (who hopes to strip down for the Playgirl some day) and Mike The Situation Sorrentino (who vehemently defends his right to be a guido) made a splash at Voyeur nightclub last night … and were sure to pose for photos on their way into the club:
Bam! Just like that … a new batch of Stars are born. I’m sure these young people yearned for the glitz and glamor of Hollywood as they dreamed their little dreams in the Jersey Shore and, at last, they have arrived. I understand these new stars were treated like royalty at the VGAs last night with actual celebrities falling over themselves to ask for photos with them. I don’t believe that anyone got punched in the face at Voyeur last night, so all in all I think it was a great night on the town for everyone involved. I hope they enjoy the spotlight while everyone loves them … reality TV fame is very fleeting. They are the toast of the town now … but they won’t be for long. I say, live it up and get everything you can while you still can. They’ll very likely be back on the boardwalk of the Jersey Shore thinkin’ about their 15 minutes of fame sooner than they prolly realize.

how pathetic has society become and the people that actually watch this crap lol, every year it seems people’s brains get less intelligent, to consider THIS show entertainment and these people celebrities just proves the fact….

Call me crazy, but the show is HILARIOUS and it’s great fun to watch. My husband and I need some good laughs at the end of the day, and this more than provides that!

snooki grosses me out…. she looks like she used a lifetime supply of mystic tans all at once… maybe if homegirl was more natural she might be cute.. same goes for all those peeps! when we want a good laugh…my roommate and I watch Jersey Shore. It makes us feel better about our own lives. :)

haha, yeah people seriously need to lighten up and quit judging other people’s entertainment. Sometimes it is nice after a long day (of work/school/etc where our brains have been active all day) to just sit back and enjoy some silly, “brainless” fun. I mean don’t get me wrong I enjoy some intelligent reading and all other non-brainless activities, but sometimes, I’m just in the mood for some silliness and comedy and it’d be nice to not be judged as if the only form of entertainment had to be intelligent and complex.
Some people are just so pretentious.

Ooookay. So I hate MTV, I never watch it..ever. I hate reality shows, period actually. Then I read the post Trent made about The Situation defending being a Guido, and there was a bunch of hype about it EVERYWHERE I looked, so obviously I had to record them. Now…I CAN NOT STOP WATCHING. It’s like little Guido CRACK!!

Jersey Shore…Half of these people are Persian…when they were out in Hollywood a week ago for their promo tour, they were speaking Farsi to one of the club doorman. Not even Italian…what a shame! What a scam of a show. Couldn’t MTV have casted some better looking individuals? The women all have a five o’ clock shadows.
