While there are mere hours left of 2009, I have one last Xmas ’09 tidbit to share with all y’all. Happily marrieds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon commissioned artist J. David McKenney to illustrate their Xmas card this year … which you can see below:

Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon have several holiday traditions, including spending Christmas in Aspen, Colorado and sending out a cartoon Christmas card to family and friends. Illustrated by J. David McKenney, this year’s card portrays the couple as a sexy version of Mr. and Mrs. Claus, surrounded by their four dogs J.J., Cha-Cha, Dolomite, and Jack. Last year, Mariah and Nick were also dressed as Mrs. and Mr. Claus on a reindeer-drawn sleigh filled with gifts.
I love this Xmas card … it’s really cute. After the jump, check out the card that McKenney illustrated for Mr. & Mrs. Cannon for Xmas ’08 …

I’m pretty sure that EVERYONE is way over anything Xmas related but I think these cards are too cute not to share. But that’s it … 2009 is practically OVER! It’s time to move onward …

Butterfly Christmas tree ornaments. Of course.
Why does Nick always look bewildered?! And why is Mariah half his size!!! HA!
i cant believe her boobs are out even in the cartoon mariah, gotta luv her for keeping it going :)
Lol, I thought the same thing about Mariah’s size. Although, to be honest, if I had a card made, I’d shrink myself to a size 0 too. It’s cute though.
Why does she look extremely dark in the second photo but not the first? Um…
Why is her black roots always played to the left.
i love these cards. ive seen them on a few sites.
hate or love them..these two are sucha cute couple. and i think nick is just what mimi needed.
This years is definitely better! & lol at how tiny she is cos she’s turned into a fatty.
The size difference is amusing…it ought to be the other way around.
Still I cant help but wonder how much she pays him to pretend he loves her. He always looks like he is holding up a mental sign screaming for help.
Ms. Mari*h has been there for all of us to reflect upon our feelings through her beautiful music, and I wish her the best. I had the “All I want is Christmas is you” ringtone this Christmas, and that song, her original, has grown in significance to me as the years pass by. Happy 2010!
