Miley Cyrus may think she is a big girl at the age of 17 but unfortch for her, that is not the case. It is being reported that Miley and her posse tried to roll up on a 21 and over nightclub called Club LIV inside The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, FL on Wednesday night but due to the fact that she is REALLY underage, she was turned away and was NOT let into the club. My guess is that the embarrassing denial really upset young Miss Miley cuz she was lookin’ pretty pissy when she checked out of the hotel the next day:

Miley Cyrus doesn’t hear the word “no” very often — but TMZ has learned that’s exactly what she heard when she tried to get into a club in Miami Beach Wednesday night. We spoke to multiple people connected to the 21-and-over Club LIV at the Fontainebleau hotel — including a manager, an owner and a rep — who all told us Miley and her posse showed up to party at the hotspot like they were adults. They all told us Miley was turned away at the door because she obviously didn’t meet the age requirement … despite the fact that she has the voice of an 81-year-old chain smoker. Miley’s rep tells us this didn’t happen … even though it wouldn’t be the 17-year-old singer’s first time at a bar.
LOL. Poor Miley … so eager to grow up. I really hope that she wasn’t wearing this Jonas Brothers t-shirt when she was trying to get into the nightclub cuz, hello, that would be a big giveaway that she is still a child. At least she can be happy that she managed to find a tattoo parlor willing to ink her 17-year old bod (even tho my guess is that you have to be 18 to get tattooed). I guess even Miley Cyrus needs to learn that sometimes you win some and sometimes you lose some.

Haha Miami isnt LA Miley, they actually follow the rules at clubs.
And Tattoos can be done on a 17 year old as long as they have a parent with them. At least in GA.
You know, I can’t stand Miley Cyrus but I don’t think it’s necessarily fair to grill her for this. I mean, hello, do you know how many underage stars go into clubs and yet they don’t get grilled? I’m sure if any of us were famous and underage we would use it to our advantage as well. Is it wrong? Yes, it is but that’s Hollywood for you.
@CHASE — I’m not really grilling her, I’m having a laugh at her like I do to other underage celebs who get DENIED for this sort of thing :)
u guys should leave miley alone
just about the tattoo i read somewhere that it is henna tattoo… but even so, you can get a tattoo if your legal guardian signs a document saying its alright.
God I’d hate to have to be 21 to drink, quite happy to be here in Ireland lol Ah bless her, who hasnt tried to get into a club when they were too young to do it? Unfortunatley for her, her age is public knowledge!
Parents should be more pissed at “role models” like Miley who have made a career, such as it is, catering to the Disney crowd yet doing things like this (don’t even get me started on the Kids Choice Awards pole dance). Please, 1500 Glambert complainers, do your thing next time she attempts to “perform.”
@ Bren: she wasn’t dancing on the pole she was dancing with it. not like she was hanging upside down twirling on it.
It seems like there is a bit of a double standard. She’s a Disney child so she has to be perfection with white teeth. But does anyone remember Lindsay Lohan? She was a Disney child at one time and blegh.
@Bren – Parents should be more pissed at themselves for allowing their daughters to follow the actions of “role models” instead of values they’ve instilled in them. If you allow your daughter to be so easily influenced by a celebrity (who is not much older than them), that’s your own fault.
Of course Miley is doing stupid things, she’s freaking 17 years old. If I had cameras following me around when I was that age I’d be in a whole lot of trouble.
The things that Miley does now, really doesn’t surprise me anymore. I’m kind of like ‘meh’ and then I read something else. But I’ll comment on this :D
It kind of bugs me when people put actions to an age. Saying it’s okay, or that it is acceptable for certain people to do things because of their age. Yeah, a lot of people have tried to sneak into a club and drink and party with adults at that age. But that doesn’t mean ALL children that age do it, nor does it mean that its acceptable.
I never did half the crap Miss.Cyrus has when I was her age, but then that might be because I didn’t have time to do so. For I was working, so I would be able to live and sleep comfortably during the night. It also depends how the children were raised by their parents. To what their actions will be.
Take Miss. Cyrus’ parents for example. I doubt they care what she does at night, for they let their children do and wear anything they want. Even if it isn’t age appropriate.
Also, I find it okay that she got a tattoo at seventeen. Though it does seem like half the time she doesn’t think her actions through. Like it was mentioned earlier, I too read somewhere that the tattoo she got symbolized something important(what it was slips my mind at the moment.) But at least we can be glad she didn’t go off and get a playboy tattoo(that we know of XD)
hahahahaha, I HATE she!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trent, you made my day with this. HAHAHAHAHA. I hate her and I hate every young celebrity that thinks they are entitled to everything.
You know what, I used to hate Miley. Then when she was on twitter, I followed her and she kind of started to grow on me. But now I’m back to thinking she’s a total brat- seriously she’s 17 and trying to get in an over 21 club?? That’s ridiculous. And that tattoo? Mistake.
Anybody that gives a spoiled brat like Beaver Chompers a hard time gets an A-OK.
WE get it Miley you want to be treated like a grown up….but face it honey your only 17! Your taking the wrong rode, and I already told my niece that your the worst example to follow…Good JOB Miley…GOOD JOB!
Miley makes me sick, she’s supposed to be a role model to young children? Please! She sets a horrible example and her poor little sister is following right behind her. I told my 10 year old niece she wasn’t the best role model to follow, so glad she’s forgotten about Miley and switched over to Taylor Swift! And this is coming from somebody 2 years older than Cyrus.
Just read Gossipcop.com about this, and the story is completely false.
Her tattoo says ‘just breath.’ That’s not profound or important. It’s biology. She just wanted a tattoo under her boob to prove some sort of adolescent point to parents who obviously do not care.
I’m glad she got turned away. If you’re not 21 you don’t get in – no matter who you are. Drew Barrymore got in and she was in rehab by, what, 13? Luckily she’s a success story, but she’s the exception.
More of these young ladies and young men need to be told “no”
hey hey, if you read the comments about people who read her book (which i honestly have not heard about), just breathe is a cystic fibrosis foundation’s motto and since she had a good friend who died from it, it probably is a meaningful tattoo. on the very bright side, at least it’s tasteful enough, compared to the other tattoos other celebs have. trying to go into a club like that is kinda childish, but i don’t think the tattoo is something to be bashed about.
@ Jackelynn – I do agree that parents should take responsibility for their children’s actions and not run to blame celebrity role models. But at the same time, if you are a celebrity and have been given the good fortune to do what you love and make millions doing it, shouldn’t you behave like a role model for your fans? If that is too hard and you want to live a normal teenage life, give up the fame and glory. But Miley and most celebs want to have one’s cake and eat it too.
