Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino’s Yearbook Photo Comes To Light
Fit to be bow-tied

Mike The Situation Sorrentino, one of the break-out stars of MTV‘s new reality TV series Jersey Shore, is enjoying a taste of fame these days in the wake of his TV show’s growing popularity. Just this week alone, Mike and a few of his Jersey Shore cohorts made their way to LA to attend award shows, be featured on talk shows and parties have been thrown in their honor … but with new fame comes the much scrutiny. An industrious person over at ONTD! happened upon Sorrentino‘s yearbook (Class of ’99, I believe) and shares with us homie’s senior photo:

I understand that Mike “pre-Situation” attended classes at Manalapan High School, whose school motto is “Today’s Students – Tomorrow’s Leaders”. LOL. It’s funny to see him so … un-tanned, no? Any fans of The Situation out there? What do y’all think of his senior pic?

I really enjoy the comb-over?? Either way he is hilarious, this show rocks and SNICKERS is my fav!! All and all probably the best show of the year! PS people need to chillax. They aren’t representitive of all Italian Americans. They are Jersey Shore peeps and I have friends from there and they say they are right on the money with this crowd!

ugh i cant stand “the situation”!! he is sooo f’in full of himself, an thats such a turn off :( the show is fun to watch tho haha!

  4. Were they all required to wear the same tux for photos or is it just a coincidence that him & the guy next to him match? Also, isn’t he like 35? I thought during the first episode someone said he was over 30, or was that someone else? Anyway, this guy is a tool & I love it!

  5. Irma says:

@Mrs. Shermender, we didn’t have to wear the exact same outfit for my high school graduation pictures last year but they did make all of us dress up. I know some schools still have every boy and every girl wear the same outfit (those hideous nun outfits for girls and a tux combo like that for guys) and I know that was especially true in the 90s from all the yearbook pictures I have seen.

  11. Tiffany Jones says:

Reading the reviews on the posts about this show, it was on last night so I watched barely ten minutes of it. That is how much I could make it through. Didn’t find it entertaining at ALL. Ugly people, ugly attitudes, the same lame fights over dancing with ‘some other girl’. Not funny, not entertaining, nothing. Am I missing something that so many others find worth their time? I just don’t get it.

  12. Ashley says:

WOW thats my High School. Weird seeing that!!

  13. IMHO says:

He is not attractive at all to begin with, so his EGO makes him even that much worse. Six-pack abs??? I’d rather have a hot guy and a six-pack. It would take a case or two before this guy started looking good to me…

  14. Ashley says:

Thats my High School. Damn you, “The Situation” giving making our town even worse then it already was ha.

  15. Blaire says:

    Hilarious! I love this show!!

  16. Believe me it's true says:

All I can say about the “situation” is nobody is ugly after 2:00am!

  17. robert ryan says:

    Major douche bag!

  18. Elaine says:

    he’s such a joke

  19. Sarah says:

Class of ’99? What is he doing on MTV- isn’t he too old for their demographic?
