Remember how I earlier said that the presence of Britney Spears‘s cute little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, make any photoshoot worthwhile? Yeah, well, I was preparing you for this … Kevin Federline and the boys are featured in the new issue of Australian OK! magazine wherein he talks about how happy he is that Britney is in love again. What is most interesting about this interview is that it is the closest thing we’ve gotten thus far to an official confirmation that Britney and her agent/beau Jason Trawick are dating. Here is a cute pic of the boys with K-Fed in his new issue of Aussie OK! and some excerpts from his interview:
Are you happy to see Britney in love again?
Yeah, I’m totally happy for her. That’s all I want… you want your children’s mother to be happy. It’s great.
Are Preston and Jayden showing signs of being little rappers of performers?
They love dancing it’s in their blood. It’s so funny they’ll go around the house and they try to breakdance. They imitate their mother a lot because they’ve been to the shows it’s really funny to watch. I mean they’re kids and they’re like a sponge it’s interesting to watch them come into their own little characters.
You’ve done a lot in your 31 years including dancing for Michael Jackson. What’s your proudest achievement?
For me my children are the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Unless you have children you don’t really know. When my daughter was born that was it, I knew that I was gonna have more children. I just knew it. My parents had raised me so well and my whole life completely changed whenever I had children.
When did you first notice the weight creeping up?
A couple of years ago I could tell my metabolism was slowing down and it’s just like my stomach was growing and growing on a daily basis (laughs). Getting’ out of control. We were in Miami a couple of months ago and they [paparazzi] got a picture of me with my shirt off at the pool and when I saw that I was just like, WOW.
Ugh … as grossed out as I am that K-Fed is getting any attention from the press (granted, due to the fame of his children) I think it is nice to see these little boys lookin’ so cute and happy. You can tell these photos were shot on K-Fed‘s recent trip to Australia cuz the boys are rockin’ their buzz hair cuts. Man you can just tell that Vicky P. LOOOOOOVES the attention. As gross as K-Fed is, she seems happy to have hitched her wagon to his gravy train, which is hooked to Britney‘s Fame Train. It’s all just so … blech! The kids are cute and that is really all that matters … even if they have to be posed with K-Fed and Vicky P.

@Krissy and @Linda, well said. Sure he may not be the greatest dad ever, but he stepped up when it mattered. If this were “real world” circumstances, Britney would be a long way away from seeing her kids. I’m sure a few social workers would think twice before reinstating custody to a mentally unstable parent after a few short months. But, things tend to work out differently in celebrity world.
I don’t hate the guy but I have no respect for any parent, male or female, rich or poor who doesn’t contribute anything financially for their children. It’s obvious that he will never make anywhere near as much money as Britney, but he could still work.
I feel bad for his other two children because a blind man could see he “values” Sean and Jayden a lot more than them. The fact that the public and the paparazzi don’t care about them should not stop him from spending as much time with them as he does with the children whose very existence has him set for life. I’ve seen a couple of pics of him with them lately, but Shar herself admitted that he doesn’t see them much but he calls them a lot and it’s been that way from before the tour. I’m sure it must hurt them when they see stuff like this about their dad’s new family and they’re not seen as part of it.

Is his current girlfriend pregnant? I remember reading or hearing that, but haven’t heard anything since. Anyone know? (ugh, I hope she’s not!)
I agree with Trent, 110%. Kevin makes no attempt to earn a living. He may have loved her at some point but I think, even from the very beginning, he loved her money more. He’s been mooching off of her since day 1. Ick, ick, ick,
Just want to clarify: I agree with Trent in regard to K-Fed being a loser mooch. The rest is my own opinion. :)
I don’t believe any person should live off another once the relationship ends unless you have kids and even some of the amounts provided are excessive. I get so sick and tired of people saying Kevin takes care of the kids when in reality the nannies take care of the kids. Kevin simply takes the money to pay for another “babysitter.” Kevin worked before Britney which means he can work after her. Call it a dbl standard if you want but last time I checked, he’s not traveling, doing concerts, and performing for his check, yet the glorified babysitter is living high on the hog.
