Katie Holmes popped up in Beverly Hills, CA yesterday morning to get in a bit of shopping all by her lonesome. After a quick trip to Hermès (from whence she emerged with a big, bright orange shopping bag), Katie made a visit to Starbucks (where it looks like she ran into Santa Claus himself) to pick up a coffee drink … behold:

Hermes and Starbucks does not sound like a bad combination at all. It’s always so nice to see her out and about on her own … it reminds me of the good ol’ days ;) Whatever the holidays bring for Katie Holmes this year, let’s hope it includes love, warmth, happiness and a lock pick.
