Date Night: Miniature Golf
Last night was David’s and my latest Date Night (which was a bit delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday) and since it was his turn to pick the activity, I had no idea what we were doing until the appointed time arrived. All I knew was that we would be outside. After a few failed guesses, I managed to rightly guess that we were going Miniature Golfing:

The only reason I was able to guess our activity was because it was an activity that I had filed away as a possibility when I got to choose next ;) David took me to the Sherman Oaks Castle Park for our fun Date Night last night. After the jump, check out some of our fun photos …

We ended up playing two rounds of golf with a snack break in between and some video game playing in the arcade afterwards, it was the perfect night. We tied in the first game but David ended up handily beating me in the second game … BUT since I enjoyed the only Hole In One of the night, I declared overall victory :) It was a lot of fun … David did a great job picking our activity!!
We got home in time to watch the MTV premiere of their new show Jersey Shore and OMG was it awesome. I can’t even begin to describe how entertaining that mess of a show is. People, I already watched it twice! If you missed watching it on MTV last night, never fear … they rerun their programming CONSTANTLY. I suspect this show is going to be a big hit for the folks at MTV … you just wait at see.
Tonight David and I are meeting up with our homeboys Dino and Josh Z. to see the movie Armored which stars another one of our homeboys Milo Ventimiglia and opens in theaters TODAY!! Later on tonight, we’ll be making our way to Molly Malone’s to see Kay Hanley play a live concert — very exciting!! If you are in the area, you should come out and see her play … she is amazing. Let the weekend commence!!

Love MG but not nearly as much as I love the Jersey Shores! Those people are so out of control. I can not for the life of me believe people like that truly exist on a daily basis!! So funny and great TV. I think I just found my next Halloween costume!!!

normally i hate the shows that show guidos at the beach in jersey because i’m from here and it gives people the wrong impression of who actually lives here year round it only shows you who visits… buuuut i have to say it was more then mildly entertaining and at least they told us where they were from. “the situation” and vinny (those eyebrows!!! ahhh) were absolutely ridiculous along with the christina aguilera look alike from 2002!

@sam — “the christina aguilera look alike from 2002!” FOR REAL! OMG, it was bugging me who she reminded me of … you are so right :) LOL

I love miniature golf! Although, I suck at it and I feel somewhat pressured when I keep failing to hit it in the hole and the people behind me are like, waiting.

I love miniature golf. I will have to wait for warmer weather to return. Looks like you had fun. I guess you can always do your best Elin Nordegren imitations to pass time while waiting for people ahead to finish. Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigerrrrrrrrrrr(swings club wildly)

OK, you guys are too cute! Love that you went mini-golfing – so fun!
That Jersey Shore show is a train wreck and I loved it! Hello, new guilty pleasure! Also, the type of people on this show are the reason my friends and I do not hang out at Seaside. Gross.
